I ordered these in wide hoping they wold be a rue wide. But how anyone could consider these even remotely wide is beyond me. They felt like regular width shoes. I wish shoe makers would make actual wide shoes in cute styles. How disappointing.

For the past year I have suffered from a mild-to-moderate but persistent Morton's neuroma. No heels, no beautiful narrow shoes, and a constant struggle to recover my feet enough to run again. Then I discovered that 1) Cole Haan makes wide shoes and 2) Cole Haan uses Nike soles/technology to make their shoes as comfortable as sneakers. These are literally the ONLY women's shoes that both look respectable in an office setting (I'm a PhD student at a prestigious university) and are comfortable on my combination last (wide at the ball of the foot, narrow at the heel/ankle) feet. They don't have great arch support, but for like <$10 I got a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts with the ever-important metatarsal pad (you won't need inserts unless you have high arches or a morton's neuroma). Fast forward a month and a half after I received these shoes, and my neuroma is GONE. I can run again. And I'm complimented on these shoes ALL the time. I paid for the beet red faux snakeskin (now gone), and I've never made a better investment.

Really cute Oxford! I was initially turned off by the white sole as it makes it look more like a sneaker than a dress shoe, but since it came in wide sizes I decided to give it a try. In person the white sole does not detract from the overall appearance and it adds cushion to the step which is great. The wide is still too narrow as the shoe tapers quite sharply right at the ball of the foot and toes. Please, Cole Haan, when you make a wide shoe, make the whole toe box wide. Feet are not shaped like triangles. thank you. :)

I was very surprised at the look AND comfort of this shoe!! To "break them in", I wore them to work on a day when I knew I'd be walking the bulk of the day.......and they held up beautifully!! The only complaint is that I have a narrow foot and there's gaping on the outside of the shoe. I do plan to wear with skirts, so we'll see how that works out with tights...... I do plan to get the all black so I have color options!

These are awesome! I wore them in countless airports this winter and was always happy to have them on my feet. They don't have much arch support. The leather is supple and stretches over time. They look great with jeans or dress pants. Love them!

Love the style of these shoes. Am able to wear with or without socks. Toebox does run narrow due to the style. I have narrow feet and find these a tad tight with a medium thickness sock. Great year round wearable shoe.

Love them!!! I bought these for interview season and they are great! I have traversed many an airport in these gems. Comfortable right out of the box. They look great with jeans and slacks. The white soles make them a little too casual for a suit, but I wear them all the time anyway.

I am a teacher and ordered these to wear to school. I wanted something comfortable, but a little dressy. These are both!! I wear them often and am very happy with them. My foot is very narrow and it's hard for me to find shoes that fit me. I am happy with how these feel. Would definitely order them again!

I love these shoes. I'm a size 8 and returned them for a 7 1/2. Found them to be e little big in the size 8

These shoes are so amazing! They are adorable, and I get numerous compliments every time I wear them! The sole of the shoe is like a pillow - beyond comfortable. I would absolutely recommend these shoes, and I am thinking about buying them in other colors!

They run a little narrow but the shoes is beautiful. I all most want to order in the mens because of the width.

These are great. Lightweight, comfortable, fancy, stylish. It's like being able to wear sneakers for dress shoes. As a New Yorker I walk miles a day - these shoes are amazing for days when I'm out 9am-1am.

I love the look and feel of these shoes. Such a classic look but almost sporty too, with the white sole and light grey coloration.

I'll just add to what everyone else has said: super squishy, awesome sole; slightly tight across the toes. I'm an 8 1/2 to 9 medium. I bought the 9 and they're very comfy. They are very slightly tight across the toes, but I plan on stretching them so I know they'll end up being fine.

These are the coolest! They look amazing and are super comfortable. Great for work - so nice to have comfortable shoes that are also fashionable. Dress 'em up or down, they are winners! I have gotten so many compliments on these shoes.

OMG!!!!! Just got these in the mail yesterday and immediately tried them on. What a SUPER comfortable and stylish shoe. If you're on your feet all day or do a lot of walking, your feet will love you at the end of the day. Definitely plan on buying another pair in a different color.

So close to being the perfect men's style oxford -- comfortable, fits true to size, looks well made. But the color is just a little too flesh-toned for me. Back it goes. :(

These shoes are very cute! One of my friends has a pair, and she loves them, so I ordered a pair expecting to love them, too. I was looking for something dressier than sneakers but more comfortable than ballet flats to wear with skinny jeans, especially in the winter when it's colder outside. When the shoes arrived, I felt conflicted about them. They were decently comfortable (not like sneakers but certainly more comfortable than ballet flats--I knew I would be able to walk in them without killing my feet), but there was something aesthetically off to me when I looked down at my feet: perhaps because of the pointed-toe shape of an Oxford shoe next to my skinny jeans, my feet looked gigantic to me. After much debate, I decided to send the shoes back.

Cute shoe but the arch struck me in the wrong spot (a little too far back near heel.) This tended to pronate my foot inward and, yes, as others have said it made the sides gape a bit. ALmost kept them just because they are so adorable, however. Depending on the style I wear anything from 7.5 to 8.5. I ordered an 8 & it was fine; after having gained weight I no longer wear a narrow but just barely do I wear a medium. I had the correct size.

I adore this shoe like a box of fluffy kittens. It is so sweetly gangsta. The white laces are so fresh and so clean, clean. These shoes beg to be hugged. If you have a wide toe box (ball of your foot), you can forget about these shoes; Yes, even in the wide size. I look forward to complimenting others who are wearing this shoe.

These are super cute, but too narrow in the toe box. I was very sad that I couldn't keep them, but they squished my little toes.
