i am so bummed. I first tried these shoes in the "normal" width in a 10. TOO NARROW (a sad state of many Cole Haan Oxford shoes). A month went by, and suddenly Zappos notified me they had the WIDE WIDTH IN STOCK!!! SQUEES were heard. I got the shoes but sadly they are STILL not wide enough - the toebox still slopes sharply into a point, and my toes are just too wide for comfort. So if you have narrow feet, REJOICE IN CUTE SHOES! if not, cry with me. :)

NOT for very wide toes. My toe area only is wide, and these run narrow. If you have a regular foot the wides would work for you. very COMFORTABLE sole.

I was very excited for these shoes but the toe box is too long and narrow to wear.

They are cute enough to make you squeal, but the leather is so stiff that it is uncomfortable on the top of your foot, across your toes, when you walk. This shoe could work for someone who has a narrow foot with a high arch.

I'm returning these. First, they weren't as cute as I thought they'd be. Second, I wear a wide shoe and these are particularly narrow in the toe.

I relay, REALLY wanted to like this shoe due to the oxford look that I wanted, but the BLISTERS won't let me. EVERY time I wear these, I get a blister (or the beginning of one) and I can't compete with the rubbing pain. Clearly, these aren't right for my feet......sadly as I got a tons of compliments in them....

C-Wide in Cole Haan = B-Medium in other brands. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding cute shoes that don't hurt. I was excited to find that Cole Haan had C-width shoes and ordered these shoes and a pair of Cole Haan booties. Although marked C-width on their soles, their pointy toes pinched and they were so long my heels came out of the shoe when walking. I compared the sole to other wide shoes I have and these shoes were 3.5 inches wide compared to 3.75 or 4 inches for other wide shoes.

I really wanted to like this shoe. I am a true 8.5, average foot. Meaning, I always wear an 8.5 shoe,and they fit well. I don't have a wide or narrow foot. But these shoes are extremely narrow. The toe area is so tight, I could see it as soon as I opened the box. my toes couldn't even lay flat, they were very cramped. Returning these, and tempted to order a 9 or 9.5, but that seems like too much work. Too bad, was hoping to wear these as an alternate to tennis shoes with my jeans. So sad.
