I've ordered 6 pairs of Ariat Cruisers over a period of several years and always liked them. This time I ordered 2 more pairs. One pair had a shoe that was too big (huge gap behind the heel), and both shoes in the other pair were so tight I couldn't straighten my toes. The quality has gone downhill since I last ordered. These used to be my favorite shoes.

I wear a 7 wide shoe or 7.5 reg. and a 7.5 wide boot or 8 reg. so to be on safe side after reading review i went ahead and got a 7.5 wide.. i couldn't even get my toes passed the opening. They where more like a slim.. so heart broken sent them back.

They didnt fit me they were too small, the fit was tight

This is supposedly a "wide" size shoe, however, the narrow-sized Cruisers of different color that I own, fit looser than this style. I was pretty disappointed to have to return this pair in the mailI really liked the color/texture

The heel comes off when I walk and then immediately folds under when I step back down. The shoe is not too big, but the heel is soft and falls down.

I bought my first pair of ariat cruisers locally im a 9.5 in shoes so the sales person told me get in your size they'll fit a bit loose which is normal well they dont fit i didn't want to get blisters ok now my 2nd pair black suede cruisers i get a size 9 and they still fit big so i look for an 8.5 and no luck because cruisers dont have 8.5 but carry 9.5 so im not at all happy im very very disappointed i wouldn't recommend this product because once worn they tend to stretch

Love the look of these and ordered the size that I always wear and could not get these on. They run a size smaller than your normal size

Within less than an hour the stitches around the front started popping. I bought 2 pairs in the exact same size and width and only one pair did that.

I got these for Christmas. Started wearing them for about a week anywhere from 2-5 hours a day. Then developed a terrible pain in my foot while wearing them. Not to mention my legs start hurting as well. I can put a pair of high heels on and not have any foot pain. After not wearing them for several weeks my foot seem to get better, so I tried to wear them again and the pain has returned. I have tried several different inserts and nothing works. So I have a cute pair of shoes that I can't wear. Very disappointed.

I bought this shoe because I like the quality of the boots from ariat. I loved them until they were about 30 days old and the thin layer on the bottom seperated and fell apart.

I absolutely love the shoe, but I hate the tag...the size tag that is some type of adhesive transfer makes the top of my foot burn!!! When I take them off, it has the tag's rectangular shape "burned" on my foot.

I absolutely love my cruisers but unfortunately not even a month and the rubber part of the bottom of the shoe is coming up. Not sure I'd spend more money on another pair only to have this happen. Ariat was the only boot we would buy and knew we could count on them to provide quality boots for the entire family but the last five pairs we've gotten the soul of the boot just can't last even thirty days I'm completely disappointed in Ariat right now.
