I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND IT HAS BEEN AWHILE THAT I PURCHASED THEM.

You cancelled the order and therefore never delivered so how could I know if I like it? There was no communication to me it was cancelled. I definitely did not call and cancel it.

Never received them and was not notified that my order was cancelled. I logged in to check the status after I had received no info about shipment several days after ordering and saw that it said order cancelled. They only responded saying it was cancelled after I sent an email inquiring about it.

Shoes did not fit, WAY TO SMALL. Ordered size 12, shoes were labeled size 12 but were probably size 9-10.

I DID love these shoes, but they changed the sizing SIGNIFICANTLY, and they won't let me exchange them bc I wore them twice. I ordered my first pair on Nov 29, 2022. I wore them nearly every day for over two years. A few months ago, I ordered a replacement pair bc my first pair was looking a little ragged, and I was about to retire them. I pulled the new pair out a few days ago, and they are much, much smaller than the first pair. The size difference is very noticeable, especially when they are side by side. I verified the size and width is the same on both pairs.

One shoe was smaller than the other! Still waiting >2 wks for return info!

I couldn't even get these shoes on. I ordered my shoe size, but these are ridiculously small. I was also disappointed in the construction of them as well, just very thin and not much to them. Thankfully, returning them was was easy.

Flips flops at back of shoe. Not as expected. Thought these would be quality. Disappointed. Not like I remember Ariat.

I actually purchase this style/brand often. But the last two pairs I received had to be returned as there was a large difference in the size of the left and right shoe. One fit while the other flopped off.

I received my reason and was so excited. That soon turned to extreme disappointment when I wore them for just one day. The reason being Both shoes must have been different sizes. One shoe was flipping off of my foot. I wanted to like them. I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm disappointed.

I wear size 10 in every shoe I own. Bought a 10 in this pair and it's too small

Way too small in length and extremely narrow. I wear size 11 and never have problems, except with this brand. Definitely size at least a half a size up. Too bad, they're super cute.

Shoes are beautiful and I am totally disappointed they don't fit. Bought them back in January for a long trip . I have four other pairs and love them for walking. The shoe backs are very floppy and do not stay up on your foot. Brand new put on twice walked around my hotel room and had to take off . So very disappointed

Run narrow but very cute. Could not wear, uncomfortable.

In all my years of buying Ariats in a size 7.5 this is the first time I have been disappointed. Neither pair of shoes fit. They are a to small. My Ariat fat babies are 7.5, my leather mules are 7.5 and I have 5 other Ariat pairs of shoes 7.5... if you put the Ariat flats next to the shoes I already own from Ariat, they are visibly shorter.....if you buy these and have high arches don't and if you try. Pick a size a size larger.

I wish I could say I love them but you cancelled my order.

I have ordered multiple cruisers from Ariat and the sizes are not consistent as depending on how the leather is stretched it's not true and correct. I've had to return several pairs to get one that fits. Size 9.5 in one design is too big or too small in another design. It's a bit frustrating

Didn't like at allwasn't the right fit for my feet. Gave away. Trying the Hilo, maybe a better fit

Way shinier gold than depicted in photos, these are very flashy and more gold embellishing than leather.

I really like Ariat shoes, but why do they only have 3 styles in wide? And, of those three, only 1 is classic enough to wear? Until Ariat makes more shoes that will fit me, I will be buying shoes from another company.

Would not recommend. Over priced for what they are.

I bought these in March of 2023 and it is now November of 2023. These were my favorite shoes to wear by far but after only & months the stitching has come undone.

I ordered two pairs of Cruisers to try. They were both very cute and I couldn't wait to wear them. Unfortunately, the toe box was too tight and the heel was too loose. It seems to be that the stitching reduced the height of the toe box, making the shoes a tight squeeze. The side-to-side fit of the toe box was fine, but after only a few minutes of wearing them in the house to evaluate their fit, my feet were blanched and tender from lack of circulation. The length was true to size and my normal size would have worked had the shoes been designed better.
