This shoe looks good but the strap over the toes pulls my toes to the right to where my foot hangs off the inside of the shoe? Bad weird fit. Returned.

Love the look but I can’t wear them.

These are available in wide but they do not fit as a wide shoe. The fabric on the heel part was frayed and looked used. I returned These. Also, they were not comfortable.

I really like the shoe, quite comfortable and the heel was not too high. My issue was that the shoes were sent to me dirty and worn?!! Shame shame... it’s as if the shoes were already worn, they were all white on the back of the shoe and I had bought the black.

Love this shoe but having to return because width is too wide. Have a narrow foot but had hoped they might work since I bought them in black last year and fit reasonably well. Comfortable when fit!

This shoe was beautiful and true to size. However the top strap hit in a bad place on my bunion so I had to send back.

The wide felt exactly the same as the normal width. I went with a Cole Haan pair that was much better for wide feet.

These are a disappointment. I needed this shoe for a wedding very last minute that needed this color/style of shoe. My feet are on the wider side, although I never buy wide. The other reviews recommend getting the wide. Well, the shoes arrived (always love Zappos lightning fast shipping) and I loved the look over the toe. However, the heel cup is ALL WRONG. It was too big back there despite being the correct length in the foot. The ankle strap runs too high up as well. I don't like the height of the heel either. If I'm going to wear heels, I want higher heels. These listed 3" but I felt it was more like 2.5" max. Nevertheless, I had no other shoes for the wedding so I had to wear these so I guess they're mine now. They were really uncomfortable and just a true disappointment. I'd have returned them otherwise.

Very narrow strap over toe. Ran larger than expected by half a size. Also, they aren't squishy like the Hazel. A shame because I loved the style of this shoe. Returned.

I bought these shoes because I had been looking for white heels. My feet are extremely narrow and small, to the point where people have commented on how narrow they are. Because of my narrow feet, I can pretty much wear any shoe I try on in a size of 6.5. So I order these shoes expecting the same, and they are absolutely awful. I've never had an issue with fit, but the straps that go over my toes are so extremely tight and painful that I've lost the feeling in my toes each time I wear them. They also push my pinky toe inward because of the tightness and it causes my pinky toe to literally be in pain for 1-2 days after wearing these shoes. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch because I didn't see any other reviews stating the same problem. I thought they would stretch out over time but I've worn them multiple times with no luck. And now I can't even return/exchange them because they've been worn.
