LOVE these shoes! They are exactly as pictured. Very sexy, fabulous and classic shoes! Great fit. My regular size fit perfectly. I bought the black patent and they were a little snug through the toes at first. After wearing for a short time, they stretched just enough. For heels they are pretty comfortable. Extremely easy to walk in.

Love these shoes. Exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price.

These are amazing! Got them in a pink nude and wore them to every wedding and event this year. Got so many compliments. Very comfortable. Perfect heel height. Takes a bit to get used to th ankle strap but after a few minutes walking it's no problem. Highly recommend. Will likely order in more colors.

These are perfect! I've been looking for a strappy sandal for a while, but didn't want anything sky high. I purchased these for a wedding and I wore them for 8 1/2 hours straight with no problem. To be safe, I did put on bandaids on my pinky toes just in case, but I didn't need them. I could have wore them right away the next day. I'll be watching this brand!

Purchased this shoe for a wedding and wore it for several hours straight out of the box. I recently had surgery for horrible plantar fasciitis and was surprised that after 8 hours my feet were OK, though I wasn't dancing but did a fair amount of walking. I originally purchased another very similar shoe (Steven by Steve Madden) but returned them because they were not leather. This shoe is and the quality is evident. I didn't have an issue with the toe strap and if it was wider it would ruin the look of the shoe. For a sexy little 3 inch heel it's comfortable and a good price point. True to size in length and width. Zappos is the best in customer service, speed of shipping and easy returns.

Great simple shoe. Pretty true to size. I'm typically 5.5-6 - took a 6 in these. I liked this one better than the similar BP shoe at Nordstrom. Ended up buying this in several colors. Not a big heel-wearer. These work for me.

I am what I believe to be a true size 5. I have never worn or purchased a 5.5 in my life. This show seems to be a teeny bit longer than a size 5.

Really pretty shoes; nice heel height for those looking for heels without going too high. Slightly narrow in the toes, for wider feet, but overall pretty comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised!! I love these shoes, although they are 3 inch heels they are very comfortable. I purchased them for a wedding and although I don't usually wear heels loved the great classic look. I can actually say that although I danced all night I did not have a problem with my feet being sore both at the wedding and the day after. I would highly recommend the Sam Edelman Patti shoe, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I bought a few shoes to see which one I would wear to a wedding. Even though I decided to wear one of the others, I couldn't return these. They look absolutely beautiful on, are comfortable and I know I will wear them.

Love the comfortable heel height. Initially purchased an 11 however it was too long, easily returned the shoe for a 10.5. Good fit, very comfortable.

I am so excited to wear these shoes to my sister's wedding. They look so pretty with my navy blue matron-of-honor dress. I am pairing them with silver jewelry. The heel is a nice height--still looks elegant without being uncomfortable. I have worn the shoes around the house to test comfort, and they feel great.

These are beautiful shoes. Unfortunately they don't flatter my slightly wide feet and are going back. Also, I am typically a 6 and there was about a full size worth of room in the back.

These shoes were amazingly comfortable. Stood in them all night the day I got them and never had a problem. Also very easy to walk in. The color is a bit more pink than it appeared on my computer. But the style is very classic. Go well with many options in my closet.

These are beautiful shoes. Unfortunately they were slightly large on my foot. I read previous reviews and they seemed to indictate true to size but my experience is the heel runs slightly large. I'm reordering in a .5 size smaller.
