My husband loves this shoe. Fits true to size. He has a slightly narrow foot and high instep. The elastic at each side on front solves this problem. He is fussy about shoes but is very happy with these.

The shoe was comfortable right out of the box!

I am very pleased with these shoes. They are comfortable, light weight, and look great. I will certainly buy another pair when they wear out (actually, I will probably buy another pair before that happens as I don't want to chance these not being available).

I've been wearing this style in all it's incarnations since 2008. I think this models is based on the Puerto Rican model that was discontinued a few years ago. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own.

The fit is true and width is comfortable. These shoes have a broken in feel right out of the box. The leather is soft and creates a luxurious feel. These are my first pair of Pikolunos but will not be my last. Worth every penny!

Love these shoes! This is my second round of purchases in the last 5 years, I've dedicated myself to comfort that meets day to day use for all needs. I ware nothing else and they always feel broken-in from day one. Finally, I have never worn out a pair of these shoes, but after 5 years, one favorite pair became slippery on wet slick services and I trashed them, but they still looked new...and were super comfortable. I have 2 pair each of Black & Cognac, one for dress and one for every day wear. I love these shoes, and they tend to last forever! God live the Spainards, as these shoes are my best ever!

Loved the shoe the day I got it, but made it even better by putting new insert in it that I also got at Zappos. Use primarily for air travel and very comfortable for that purpose.

Pikolinos are my favorite brand of casual loafers and these are my favorite style of Pikolinos! My second pair since I've worn the others out over the last 4 years of weekly wear. Great leather - soft, but durable. Super comfortable. They fit my foot like a glove... Light and easy to wear with thin socks. I don't do the sockless thing in leather shoes simply because my feet sweat like crazy, but if you like that kind of thing these will work great. Expensive. But worth it.

Unfortunately, too narrow and sloppy fit for the 44. I usually wear a US 10.5. European sizing is tough to gauge correctly, and I find myself returning shoes like this more frequently these days.

I love these shoes! I've purchased many pairs of them over the approx 15 or so years I've been a customer of Zappos. I started to hear like sounds as if I had stones rattling in my shoe. It was coming from inside of the heel! The stones had worked themselves into the "HOLLOW" portions of the heel !! I'll admit as an outside Sales Rep I do a great deal of waIking each day but if the heels hadn't been Hollow I wouldn't be returning them. I'll bet that you folks didn't have any idea that the manufacturers of these shoes cut some corners here. I don't think that's supposed to happen to shoes I pay almost $200.00 for. Not your fault I think but If it was me I'd get the Manufacturing people on the phone. Over the years I've had an issue with the stitching (which I repaired myself) from time to time. Too much of a hassle to bother returning! Plus it's an easy fix. But I feel that this pair I must return! These shoes are mostly good to my feet but this issue needs to be addressed. Thanks Zappos Crew, keep up the good work. By the way, I like the videos of the shoes. It's like I've gotten to know some of the guys! Feel free to phone me up (pacific time) if you like.

Great shoe, super comfy and stylish too. The sole is great and is non slip.

well made show but my 44eu or 10.5 use was way loss. Also I never have a problem with heel size, but this seemed way large. I'd try a 9.5 t0. 10, but I haven't worn that size in ages. Too bad, nice looking loafer.

Very nice looking shoes, but not terribly comfortable. There is little cushion in the sole.

Beautiful shoe, but no support. This is more like a boat shoe than anything else.

while it fit and basically was ok, the toe box was too "pointy" , both aesthetically and room-wise.

Did not look as good as the pictures.

Did not like the style of this shoe, returned them.

Very happy with the shoe. Need to exchange this pair for a size larger so will need a size 44. Also a change of color to the black instead of brown.
