With pikolinos, I always go a full size smaller than my normal and am rewarded with a super comfortable fit. No socks, no blisters. No break in required and they just get better. My current favorite brand.

I wear an 8.5 size(US) dress shoe. I originally ordered a 42 (8.5-9) and found that with my narrow foot it was a bit sloppy. So I decided to order the 41 (7.5-8) and the fit is like a glove. The leather upper is a great piece of leather and the style, I think, will go with just about anything. Beautiful!

These feel great right out of the box. Nice style that garners random compliments. Great shoes to dress up or down. Look great with jeans.

These shoes are very comfortable. The leather is soft and flexible. Looking forward to using them on an upcoming trip to Italy.

I think they are a little large but not a full half size. They look good and are very comfortable.

Comfort and quality right out of the box- these shoes are well made and feel like I am wearing slippers. Price range was a little higher than I usually spend, but these shoes are well worth it. originally purchased the black and ordered the brown as soon as I tried these on. very pleased with the purchase.

My husband loves these. They have a comfortable Euro feel and can work with jeans or slacks. Good for city walking or wearing on board a boat with a bottle of rose a la J Peterman catalogs. Not so good for walking outside in VT, but even then, they wear well.

I found these to be very comfortable right out of the box. For me I had to go up a full size...must be the european fit. While I liked them my wife didn't like the stiching up the front center so I returned them and got the Pikolinos Oviedos. Not as casual looking as these but just as comfortable.

The shoes are slightly shorter than advertised. After stretching they fit my size 13 feet much more comfortably and have become my go to daily wear.

These were my 3rd and 4th pair of San Telmos, without question the most comfortable shoe I've found in my 74 years. People seem to like the way they look as much as I do. I can't go to the dentist without people asking what they are. They feel like a perfect moccasin, but with the proper jeans people think they're an elegant boot. Win win in Texas.

Great shoe but had to return them due to defective stitching. The seam by big toe was off by a small about which caused stitching to come undone and a hole opened up. Will probably rebuy /exchange though because they were comfortable. However, it was really disappointing to pay this much for a pair and find the work quality to be inferior.
