I'm usually content on the products I get from The North Face, but the hat looks like a defect that they re-sold. The back stitching is crooked above the strap. Looks horrible. I should not be receiving such products, for such high prices. I'm interested in a replacement of the same style and color. I hope to receive a response involving my issue. Thank you for your time.

I got my first breakaway hat in December 2018. Perfect, nice shape, looked sharp. Loved it! Unfortunately I had to replace the hat in February 2019. Now the top fabric is too light, the cut is sloppy and the resulting shape lousy. The top doesn't stand up but sags on the sweat band. The current hat doesn't look like the picture at all.
