This is the best multi-purpose hat I've owned. It's great for hiking and lounging on the beach. It dries quickly and is super light. I would absolutely purchase this again.

This hat is so lightweight, and breathable! I took this hat with me on my trip to Colorado and I loved it. It felt like I didn't even have anything on, but I had the protection of wearing a hat. I love will definitely buy another!

A great cap, almost like the folding North Face hiking cap I got last year. Light weight, doesn't squeeze your head into a migraine! The colors are awesome for the summer and looks great on the trail or a casual afterwards. Easy to adjust and stays cool under direct sun. Would always look here for my summer trail wear first!

I am glad I purchased the north face hat. The fit is perfect and looks good on me when I'm having a bad hair day. I recommend others to buy it.

This hat was great for outdoor running and hiking in the PNW. Super easy to clean and very light and moisture-wicking. Sadly it flew off my head never to be seen again.

I use it exclusively as a running hat. Works well for my needs.

Bought the black hat for my wife, she loves wearing it.. but minus one star because the black hat we received did not have the iconic white NF logo, instead the NF logo was dark grey and barely noticeable. Would have been nicer to receive the hat just like it is pictured here.

Great, lightweight hat. Comfortable fit even for people with larger foreheads. Precurve is generous. My only caution is that there is no insert or hat card in the front panel. If you are someone who has an oily forehead, in a few minutes time the front fabric of the hat will absorb the oils and darken the fabric wherever there are contact points with the forehead. It doesn't wash out very easily. I like to wear my hats causally as well and it dislike that it will begin looking dirty even though its clean and not sweaty. This is purely an aesthetic gripe and functionally, the hat lives up to claims. Also probably not an issue on darker colored hats, but lighter ones its very noticeable. Wish TNF would have used an oliophobic coating or absorption insert. May also be the reason why TNF appears to no longer offer their light Grey as a color option.

I love this hat! Super simple, lightweight and easy to pack. Only 4 stars because even the small medium siZe for my head wasn't small enough for women. The Velcro strap makes it smaller but hangs all out since I have it at its tightest. Used bike riding and for hiking for sun protection and loved!

love the color & quick drying fabric- although it's almost too big for my small head. thankfully there's a smidge of velcro left to keep secure.

I'm not afraid to admit that I have a smaller head. I ordered the Small and it ALMOST fits perfectly. My only issue is that the crown of the hat is a tiny bit too high for my head. It is a low profile hat, but not as low profile as I would prefer. Still a great hat and I will be using this hat for running and hiking, etc.

I saw the cut of this hat and knew it would fit my head well. I have a Nike running hat that forms the same way. I had to break in the hat and form the bill. The hat fits good. Feels comfortable. There is a sweat and inside that's hat. I got a lighter color which made it easier to see sweat. But a quick rinse in the sink got rid of it. Overall I'm happy with the hat. I will use it for running and other activities.

only con about this hat is there are no ventilation holes on it...

Very good hat for running. It's nice that it comes in two sizes, when most running hats are billed as one size fits all. It provides some sun protection in a lightweight package and it dries quickly. The only thing I don't like about it is that it when it dries the sweat stains and salt really stand out, but giving it a quick rinse with the hose before hanging it up to dry helps.

Love this hat but would love to see the grey again! Would love to see more neutral colors. Something other than black or blue.

S/M is really small and I have a small head so I thought itd be perfect but no, even small heads may need a M/L. Feels like part of the hat is missing or something. I just really hate the fit. It may just sit in my closet or I may give it to my sister.

I use this hat to run, i love that it is very lightweight, however i wish they would offer this in more colors.

The hat itself is good quality, lightweight and perfect for every day use and running. The logo advertised is white, which is a nice contrast from the black hat and what drew me to it. Whaf came was a black hat with a dark gray logo. Definitely not what was pictured.

I wear these hats all of the time for running and some of my older ones fit better. In this day and age with people distracted while driving can we get some high viz. colors for god sake's? Blue and black don't show up very well and it's time for more colors.
