I am happy with these boots. I marked them as feeling .5 size smaller than a usual 9, but not enough for me to return them. My left big toe feels a little cramped, but there is room and I suspect they will stretch just enough. I think the 9.5 will look too big on my leg, so sticking with the 9s. I wear a 9 in most shoes. I am getting these for a new life in Detroit MI and it seems like based on the other reviews my feet will keep warm in them. The purple will be critical for those long dreary grey Winters. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I've worn the UGG Mini boot for years and didn't think anything could beat them for comfort. I wear a consistent 7.5 M in shoes, but based upon other reviews ordered both the 7.5 and 8 to see which fit best. With no socks on, the 7.5 felt too tight and too short for comfort, and there would be no way at all to wear with socks. The size 8 fit perfectly, with or without a medium weight sock. The second day I got them I trekked for miles around town on a zero degree day - without socks - and my feet were never more comfortable. They kept me completely warm and the cushioning and moderate arch support were a blessing to my feet. I did. It want to take them off. Oh and the trimmer styling looks so much better than the original UGG. Long story short: go up a half size and expect them to be the most perfect all around boot you have ever worn.

I ordered these boots in the black, and I really like the color and the style! I did have to order 1 size larger than what I usually wear, due to my foot surgery, as they tend to be a little bit narrow. I've worn them several times in the snow, and they are very comfortable and warm. I've also worn them for an extended amount of time, and they were fine for me. I like them more than the traditional UGG boots, as they are not so huge and round. The traditional boots are actually harder for me to slip on because of my foot surgery-the top of my left foot is puffier than my right foot, so the area where they stitch across the traditional boots is stitched in such a way that it rubs across my foot, so it doesn't work for me. These boots gradually go up in the front so that I don't have that problem with these.

I love these boots. I had the taller version and wear them all the time. I like the slimmer style. Still comfy, but not a huge as the regular Uggs.
