These are a bit tight to begin with but will stretch as you wear them. I am embarrassed to say that when I received the shoes I realized I already had the exact pair and decided to send them back. Sorry Zappos!

Very comfy footbed but too short although I sized up 1/2 size. Returned and disappointed that a full size up was out of stock.

fit true to size. may be a little wider than average but not too wide.

The Moc Star had a wider toe box to fit my 7W foot, hence I am returning The Star and ordering another pair of Moc Star. If I were to wear socks with these shoes I would probably order up.

I would give them 5 stars acrosss the board but although I sized up 1/2 size they are still too short. Will be returning them for a larger size.

I really liked this shoe - comfortable, relatively supportive, CUTE!. Soles were unexpectedly slippery out of the box.

Ordered half size up as suggested and was glad I did. Cute shoe, pretty comfortable.

Arch support pretty good. I would have liked a bit more cushioning in the soles.

I love Taos shoes for their arch support, and have been eyeing these shoes in the black plaid pattern, as it's slightly more work appropriate than other options, yet more age appropriate than Taos's workplace shoes. I sized up a full size in these because of the narrow toe box (normally a 9 and ordered a 10), and my big toes still somehow feel snug. Waiting for the wide pair to come in...Hoping they'll work!

I desperately wanted to love these shoes because I am constantly on the hunt for everyday wide-width shoes, but I sized up half a size to 8.5W, and my big toes were still rubbing against the seams. So disappointing.

Tho the recommendation was to size up, I tried that and had to exchange for my usual size. There is good arch support, and decent heel, but there is virtually no padding at the ball of the foot. I had to add an insert to make it more comfortable, hence the 3 stars for comfort. But they are cute!

fit true to a 9 size. they were a light heavier than i expected, but still very comfortable. many compliments on them. bought them for foot support. they are pretty supportive.

Love these, however the back heel height is 1/4" higher than others I tried (Vionic) and pushes into the top of my heel, too uncomfortable, pity as I love them and rest of the show is fantastic.

great looking sneaker with good comfort and support. takes some breaking in for the insole and all these Taos sneakers do run narrow and short.

Better arch support than the other brands of this style that I tried. That said, I consider it a casual shoe, ,not a sneaker to do athletics in. It is too stiff for exercise. I find that canvas shoes in general are 1/2 size smaller than other shoes, and these are no different.

This is my second pair of Taos in this style -- this one in charcoal with white laces. Versatile casual shoe. Removeable insole. I changed the lacing to try to reduce emphasis of the diagonal lacing and relatively wide lacing span.

I wanted a closed toe and heel summer-y flat in lieu of sandals and these fit the bill. These are on the order of ballet flats, and have a removable insole with arch support. Note that they are flats; they do not have an elevated or cushy heel. The "punched hole" designed leather is cooler than other enclosed shoes. The stretch fabric ringing the foot makes for good fit, holding the shoe on. I'm ordering a second pair in another color.

I ordered an 8 W when I normally take a 7.5 W, based on previous reviews. They fit very well. I was disappointed with the lack of cushion, although the arch support is fine. I will keep them because they are cute, but I would not use these for any kind of major walking.

I usually wear an 8 in most shoes, but Zappos recommened I purchase these in a 9, so I did. They are way too big. Now I have to return them and order my normal size. Fingers crossed the new size is not too small.

These shoes were very stylest, but slipped on my narrow heel, and they squeaked when I walked on vinyl floors. very disturbing.

The sneaker will do. I have a very narrow foot, but because I put an orthotic in my sneakers these will work.

Fit and size were what I expected since ordered1/2 size larger as Zappos recommended

Just what I hoped for!

I bought these for the arch support and it is excellent. The shoes are cute. My only concern is that my foot slips in the back when I walk so I'm sure blisters are in my future. Other than that, these are cute for everyday bopping about. No long walks, though!
