These really are very nice sneakers. I am giving them 5 stars. I can't fault them for the way the arch support fits my feet. I have the same problem in other shoes. The arch support bothers me as it is on the hard side and uncomfortable for me. Sadly, I have to return them.

The arch support in this shoe is amazing, however the shoe is just a tiny bit short (I wear a size 10m) and the toe box just a bit to shallow. I am going to try a half size up and hope it works.

These are such cute sneakers that I am heartbroken to have to return them. The taupe color would go with anything, and the insole provides great arch support. Unfortunately, they are cut too high on the ankle for my chubby old-lady ankles. I did go up a half size as recommended and they were a perfect fit.

Followed other reviewers advice and ordered 1/2 size larger than normal. They are perfect! Super comfortable and cute. I plan to order additional colors.

I love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable, with excellent arch support. The style is very cute with shorts or capris for the summer. I have worn them frequently since I purchased them, a great buy!

I am wearing these for the first time today and I love them! They are so comfortable and have mice arch support. I usually wear about an 8 1/2, but ordered a 9 and they fit great.

Love these. Have them in 3 colors. Great fit and good arch support. Very comfortable. I read the reviews and ordered up a half size. I normally wear a 8.5 and a size 9 fit perfect.

I saw an ad for Taos shoes on Facebook and went to Zappos to check them out. I love these shoes! I put them and walked out the door, wore them for 10 hours and forgot they were on my feet! I am fussy about my shoes and if they don't feel right immediately, they never will. I love the huge variety of colors and, on the advice of Zappo reviews, I ordered 1/2 size up. The result...a perfect fit. I have received many compliments and have been asked what brand and where I got them. They are lightweight, supportive and "cushy" plus cute! I just bought a pair of their sandals and they are equally as comfortable. My new favorite brand.

I have high arches and narrow feet, one of which is a half size bigger than the other, so it can be difficult to find shoes that fit well. These are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned. I can wear them all day with no foot pain, nothing cutting into the back of my ankle and my toes don't feel squished. I ended up buying a second pair, just in case I can't find them again when I wear the first pair out!

Love the comfort and style of these shoes! Perfect for summer. I took my regular size as going up a 1/2 size was too big.

Love this shoe, however it does run small. I had previously purchased a Taos "slide on" sandal which was true to size so I ordered my normal size (10) When they arrived, they were too small. However, that is never a problem with Zappos as they have the easiest return process in the world! I exchanged the 10 for an 11 and they were perfect!

These are really cute tennis shoes. They are comfortable and have decent arch support, which is very important to me. I wear a 7.5 to 8. I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly.

This is my second pair of Taos and I love them. I've recommended them to several friends and plan to get another pair myself. Good fit and you can walk comfortably all day in them right out of the box.

This shoe is freaking /amazing/! I've been looking for a stylish sneaker with good support for literally years, and finally found this. I ordered up half a size like other suggested, in a 6.5 (normally wear 6). They fit perfectly with fantastic support. I wore them to a 3-day convention the day after getting them, where I was staff and standing/walking basically 12 hours a day. Normally my feet would feel strain in the arch, soreness, and general pain all over. Not this time. They felt fine even at the end of the convention. No breaking-in period needed. My mom got a pair too. She also ordered up half a size to 7.5, and those fit great. I'm getting at least 2 more pairs just for back up.

Cute shoe! Great alternative to athletic shoe. They have an arch in the sole too! Unfortunately, for my painful neuropathy, they didn't have enough width and give. Maybe with time the stiffness would lessen, but I wasn't going to take a chance. Had to send them back.

I'll never buy a pair of Converse again after these! So comfortable right out of the box. 1/2 size larger was perfect, as recommended. I wore them all day without socks and there was no funky foot sweat going on-- just great support (which you would not expect with sneaks) and comfort all around my feet. I have flat feet and bunions, so I didn't think they would actually work, but I love these! I'll be back for another color soon. A+++

I am flat-footed and my ankles turning in with most shoes. Not only are these comfortable, they keep my feet from turning in the state look much better than most shoes on me.

Love hear shoes. Super comfortable. I think they run true to size, because the toes are slighter wider than a normal shoe, but not enough to be considered "wide," I was pleasantly surprised by the arch support in these shoes.

Taos 'Star' ran small for me. I usually wear between and 8 1/2 and 9, and my left foot is bigger; bought the 9 1/2 (similar to the sizing of Nike). I wore them for a short trip and they felt great, definitely helped my knee. Now that I've committed by wearing them outside, I hope they continue to feel great. Fantastic arch support.

I've been looking for the Super Woman of summer shoes and found it! This shoe can actually look stylish while braving the dust and dirt of a ski town AND can provide my recently repaired knee with great support. I thought I was destined for granny shoes or trail running shoes. So happy to have found something cute and comfortable! I particularly like the distressed, charcoal color because it looks great with denim, navy blue or black.

Ordered these shoes and was hesitant on size but was perfect,I wear a nine,ordered nine,

I hesitantly ordered the Rose pink shoes because I always seem to get blisters on my heels from fashion sneakers. Not so with these shoes! I wore them the first time all day at a conference, including a 45 minute walk outside. I did have to mess with the laces to get a good fit and get used to the average arch support, but these were all-day comfortable shoes from the moment they came out of the box. No heel blisters. What a great color, too. I did go ½ size up as recommended and I'm glad I did. I am a typical 7.5-8 and I ordered 8.5 but my feet do not look like boats. I would probably order quite a few colors if I actually needed more shoes...

I'm crazy about these shoes! I have the navy canvas & the white leather ones & want to get the black ones now. I have plantar fasciitis & an ankle replacement & need arch support, and these have a great arch support! They also have a nice wide toe box for people who need that extra room. These are perfect & in so in style!! They ran true to size for me! Super comfy to wear!!

I wear a 7 in dress shoes and 7.5 in boots or anything with a thicker sock. I considered getting the 7.5 but based on all the reviews, I ordered these in an 8 and they are perfect. The arch support is very comfortable.
