This was the second pair I ordered and it too had uneven coloration. I was very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of these shoes.

This was a pretty shoe, but it was too 'pink' for my needs. Toes felt crammed into the top hence the half size smaller feel.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. The toe box is REALLY tight, and I could barely get them on my feet. They didn't seem to have the usual Rockport quality, either. At first I questioned whether they were even leather because the inside looked like cheap material.

This shoe is attractive and a good enough match with my skin tone to be a good neutral, with more cushioning than in most pumps. But, the pointed toe is not long enough to keep from squeezing toes together painfully. After only f our passes back and forth in front of the bed they were too painful for me to keep on.

I love the comfortable aspects of this shoe - padded interior and rubber sole. However, the shoe itself is not as stylish as I would like. I had tried another pair of kitten heels (Michael Kors) that was gorgeous but uncomfortable, so I was hoping for the same level of styling with the Rockport. Unfortunately, I thought that it looked quite frumpy. Disappointed. Why not combine comfort and style, Rockport?

I have always had great experiences with Zappos. Keep up the great work. I am returning these shoes because I didn't care for the fit. But I wanted to tell you each shoe has smudge marks towards the back park of the shoes.

I really like the style of these shoes. It did not have the ugly exaggerated pointed toe that many kitten-heels have. The insole is almost like a running shoe. I don't wear pumps very often any more and didn't think I could find one that I could wear for more than 15 minutes, but I think these will be great. I did have to go up 1/2 size.

These run extremely small. I'm usually a 9, very occasionally a 9.5. I couldn't even get my feet in the size 9 in these.

The shoe felt like I purchased it from dollar general. It was uncomfortable and had no support.

Couldn't even put my foot in shoe. I wear size 6 and this was a 6. As I got older my feet have changed in length; no additional bunions etc as too blame. Nice shoe but need to return.

These were the perfect height and style but they arrived scuffed in multiple places and looked really worn.

Disappointed in rockport. They looked not the way they looked in the picture. Not very comfortable either. Had to return.

These were WAY smaller than the actual size. I had to order them last minute for a wedding so had no choice but to wear them, and they squeezed my feet horribly.

These were gorgeous shoes, but were woefully uncomfortable. Almost like a full size too small for me.

I ordered a taupe color and had white spots, I ordered a 2nd pair and had more white spots than the first one. Very ppor quality finish.

ONE STAR for shipping. VERY disappointed in the condition these shoes arrived in!!!! I ordered a pair black and another in tan. They are scratched, and there was an animal hair in the right shoe of the black pair. Has someone tried these on before me?? The shoe is comfortable. But with all the scratches...they're going back.

I ordered, returned, reordered and returned these. The shoe fits great and looks great. Both pairs arrived scuffed....Very disappointing.

This is a great shoe, but out of the box there was scuffs and uneven coloring. I saw this issue in other reviews, but thought it may be isolated to a few orders. Why does Zappos keep selling these shoes if they have such poor quality??

Not as glitzy and metallic as I had expected. I have a wide foot, but usually get away with a 7 in regular shoes. This shoe was narrow and short, so I am returning. I would have kept them if they fit. Super soft insole!
