The heel strap wouldn't stay on my heel even though the shoe was the right side.

Super cute, loved this shoe, but it was too tight and rubbed my bunion.

I compared the med width to a wide ... These felt much better, so do run true to size. Toe was not crimped.

This show is quite versatile. It is very comfortable and true to size. However, there really needs to be a care tag included in the box. Do not wear them until you spray them for stain protection!! I learned this on their maiden trip to a business event.

This is a very cute shoe. However, I have bone issues in my feet and it turns out the heel is not wide enough for me.

These shoes are exactly what I wanted. Low wedge heel, closed toe and neutral. The suede is so soft. I will wear from Spring through Summer and into the early Fall. Pricey but exactly what I wanted.

Love the shoe, but…..ordered size 7, recommended size from Zappos, but too big so returning. Now I have to wait for my size to come in. Shoe is very attractive.

I’m always looking for a shoe with a high enough vamp to comfortably cover my bunions, and this shoe does so perfectly. The material is fairly flexible and the shoe is very stylish overall.

Extremely happy with these shoes. I have wide feet and these shoes have been very comfortable. they look good with casual dresses or pants. they have been my go to since Feb 2020. ordering another pair.

They run a little small for me. I need exchange them for a6 1/2.

I have the tan "Nelly" and have worn them for a couple of summers now. Decided on getting a black pair because of the comfort they perform and the need that I had for different outfits. I would like to say to you at this time that I also appreciate the way you look out for your customers. When I first ordered the black pair, they were on back order, but I was assured that I would be notified when they would be available. It was about 3 weeks to a month, but I was notified, I ordered a pair, and they were delivered to my home the very next day, and just as they had stated, no shipping charges. I have a hard time finding shoes, both length and width every where, EXCEPT at ZAPPOS!!!

I've worn this shoe about a year now, and love it! I got the teal which goes with more things in my closet than I thought they would. The strappy style with covered toe works great for me! I would love to have more styles like this available. I ordered the 12WW (I usually wear 12W) and it is the perfect size. If it had more arch support, I believe it would be more comfortable and provide a longer wear time. It is not suitable for orthothics, so that is not an option. So, I wear these shoes and take along a comfort back-up. Please make more colors like zebra, leopard, florals, stripes, etc.

I wear an 8WW but took a chance with ordering 8W and they were a perfect fit. Just wish I could have gotten them in leather and not microsuede but they’ll do.

I would have loved to have kept these shoes, but unfortunately the toe box was not wide enough for me. I will be returning.

Loved the sheer prettiness of this shoe and the color, dusty/powder pink, is next to impossible to find; most pinks lean toward peach tones. The size 10 (my usual size) I ordered was too large overall. I'm on the waiting list for a 9 1/2, which I think will be perfect.

I have problem feet -- very wide, with bunions -- so I have a hard time finding shoes that are big enough. These shoes in my usual 8 Wide were surprisingly huge so I had to send them back. The blue color is bright and summery and the price is reasonable, but I recommend you order at least a half size down.

These are super cute and comfy! I just bought my second pair of tan ones... and I also own the black. Living in Texas, I can wear them three seasons! I often get compliments. They are great with jeans, nicer pants and dresses! They are also great for a wide foot. :-).

I have a wide foot and a very high instep, the shoe fit perfect!

I love these closed-toe sandals. I have one pair in tan and one pair in black. I wore the tan pair so much it started to look a little shabby, so I just reordered a new pair. Now I have one pair that I can wear to grub around and the new pair I will use for nicer occasions. The shoes are super comfortable and can go with capris or dresses. They are definitely my go to closed-toe sandal.

Totally love these shoes. I purchased them in black and navy. The style is perfect for the summer. They are not as open as a sandal but still perfect for warmer weather yet so comfortable.

I have back and foot problems and have a hard time finding comfortable shoes, but these shoes are amazing. I wore them all day, without any problems.
