Makes my day a lot easier, no more aching feet from walking all day

Product is really awesome I love the shoe but as far as the insole is concerned horrible I just get my own insole and roll with it that's why I gave it a five star because the tread works really good for a long time and the shoe is comfortable other than the insole that it come with

I absolutely love these shoes. I am on my feet 8+ hours a day working in a restaurant. They hold up wonderfully, had my last pair for 2 years. No worry about slipping and falling, gives me a peace of mind to know that genuine well made products are still available. Thank you for continuing to carry these shoes.

I am on my feet 90% of the day and needed shows that would accommodate my wider foot and arch supports. These worked perfectly for me. Second pair of new balance I've bought for work.

I work for UPS and find this shoe extremely comfortable for work however it appears that New Balance no longer makes this shoe in my size which is 17 6E. It also appears that New Balance has dropped 17 6E in several other styles like the 857. Hopefully this is just a temporary shortage and not permanent reduction of having larger sizes that New Balance has always been known for.

It was a fluke, Of this I am certain, that something was wrong with the left shoe., because in the almost 30 years of purchasing their runners this has never happened. Refund was quick. So thank you. Was able to purchase the same runner in store.

Def worth the extra money . Great in the snow and rain . On my feet 10-14 hours a day and these hold up a good 6/7 months before the toe starts to tear . Solid purchase . Feels like you're walking on clouds . Ankle and foot pain went away after wearing those shoes

I have been a waitress and bartender for 23 years. I also have screws in my foot from surgery. These are the best work shoes I have ever had . My feet never hurt anymore! If you're looking for a freak non slip work shoe this is it!!

Great product!, I have neuropathy from a chemical use during the Vietnam war, these are the only shoes did I wear and help keep my feet comfortable. I also have a broken leg which they want to put a lift in so I asked the VA if I could use new balance and they said there were the best. So I'll be onVery soon. Thank you

I work on hard concrete floors all day. I used to have pain, not just in my feet, but all up and down my lower legs. That's gone since I started wearing these shoes. I won't say that it doesn't feel like I've been on my feet, but the pain is gone! Now if they could just make a show that also took away the tiredness. ;)

New Balance is one of the few makes of wide and extra wide shoes that dosen't just assume the wearer is unnaturally fat and has normal ankles. The opening/mouth of other wide variant shoes offered by other brands are often "blown out" clown shoes. Needs a day or two breaking in but fits comfortably and is great for work and casual use.

Love these shoes & I have been wearing them for many years. I'm on my feet all day & walk 30,000+ steps a day. The soles are very durable & I get a full year out of each pair. The smooth leather makes keeping them sharp a breeze. I hit them with am Armorall Leather Wipe once a week & they look great. I wear a size 13 & somewhere along the line New Balance changed the mold. I still measure as a 13 D, but I have to order these in a 14 D or they are too small. I tried on another model at the New Balance store & had the same issue. New Balance should check their factory 13 molds as they appear to be off. There is one weak spot to this shoe & that is the material that covers the heel padding. It feels like pantyhose material, inevitably tears, then the unprotected foam padding begins to come apart in chunks. A more durable material covering the foam is desirable. Lastly, I wish New Balance would offer these in more colors. The gray ones no longer show as available. What I would really like to see is these available in brown. Not suede but the same matte leather as the black version. If I could have these in black, gray, & brown I'd wear nothing else.

I mainly use them for work. They are very durable because I've gotten before. The last pair I owned I believe they lasted about a year and a half. But that was in an environment where they got hit with a lot water. Before my current job I used to work at a supermarket, in the produce department. One of my responsibilities was to clean the floor of the walk-in cooler everyday I worked. They take a few days to break in but after that they're very comfortable. In my opinion they have way better soles then the fresh foam one's. The fresh foam one's soles gave out on me. One side got compressed which means the shoes are no longer level. Which at the end of the day it cause foot pain if you keep wearing them. Final thing I would recommend buying insoles if you are on your feet for several hours a day.

We order 2 pairs of these kitchen rated shoes for non slip every 4 months. They hold up to heat ,grease, water ,steam and fire off the grilltop . The Only shoe our son will wear also you have his size 16 !

I work walking and standing on concrete 6 hours a day and the shoes with the inserts make it very comfortable on these 76 year old feet.
