Runs large. Normally I size down a half size for Sofft, but this style would have to be a full size. Stiff. Very stiff.

Damaged. The toe of the left shoe looks like it has a dig in the leather and looks scuffed.

Loved the look of these and was hoping they would work. No arch support which makes it a no-go for me. Was surprised as Sofft normally makes shoes that fit me well.

I didn't liike the material this show was made of. Looked and felt fake.

Returning for 1/2 size smaller - ran big allowing foot to slide forward. Hopefully the 7 will fit my C width foot and high instep.

Not enough arch support

These are the first slip on shoes I have been able to wear. The back does scrape my ankle so I have padded that area and wear a bandaid. I need supportive shoes and was very pleased that I can wear these casually and for short periods of time.

Very disappointed as this shoe is very narrow! I did not even try to force the shoe onto my foot. I have lots of Dansko in size 39 that fit well so the size is not the issue. This brand seems to be made for people with narrow feet.

These are very cute but too stiff for my feet. I think they would soften up, but I can't chance it .

If you have narrow heels, this is not the shoe for you. It slipped all over the place. It was a shame, because they seemed quite comfortable otherwise.

Fit was good. I like the look of them. The quality of material is low for the cost. They don’t provide enough support to wear comfortably all day and the insole can’t be removed for a more comfortable one. Already recycled the box so these can’t go back, unfortunately.

I tried multiple sizes but couldn't get these to work for me though I badly wanted to keep them. They run a 1/2 to a full size large.

I loved the material of the upper. This is a very cute shoe. It just felt way too narrow for a wider foot. The arch support was nothing to be excited about either. The foot bed was cushy, which was nice, but not enough support for my high arch.

Not loving this Thai Black pair. I have another pair that is a grey/ mauve and they look better and feel better! Not impressed with these shoes for the money.

I have narrow feet and these are too narrow even for my feet. I might have kept them in the hopes they'd stretch out but in addition to being narrow, the toe box is too pointy so my toe hit the side of the shoe -- if the toe box was more square, I would have had plenty of room and my toe wouldn't have hit.

Really pretty shoes but perhaps not the right size for me. I ordered my regular 6.5 size in medium width but they were very narrow and tight, and I was unable to wear them for more than a few minutes before I had to take them off. The shoe heel also felt a little low and slipped off my heel sometimes.

THis shoe looked huge and clunky. Way too big for me

the outside material of the shoe looked really cheap; the inside where the heel is there is a stitched heel area that rubs your sole unless you are wearing socks. had to send them back.

Too large. Order 1/2 size down.
