Buckle hit my ankle and was not comfortable.

This is the second pair I’ve ordered. The shoe has arrived with leather that is inferior / much more distressed looking than the picture. Will be returning again.

Poor quality for price.

These shoes are so cute and otherwise fit perfectly except for the inside of the buckle over the ankle that perfectly encases my ankle bone and buckle probing will definitely rub the skin off my ankle. Why is all this hardware on the inside of the strap?? Back they go…

These sandals were too wide and I thought the quality was not up to Softt quality.

Ankle strap isn’t sized to even function! Even at longest hole it’s way too tight and that leaves the end of the strap sticking out into the world as it’s not even long enough to slide back into the buckle! Horrible mistake on Soffts end. Cute shoes, that can’t be worn.

The metal buckle rests on the ankle bone and that hurts!

I bought a similar pair that were leather and very comfortable. These shoes were plastic and very uncomfortable. They are going back!

I'm so sad! I've had these shoes a month and they are already falling apart. The bed of the sandal is coming unglued and the leather is cracking. I wish these were made better because they are super cute. They fit true to size and width. They are so comfortable. They truly feel like your most comfortable pair of sneakers but look like sandals. I don't even know if I can return them. I hope they can be replaced and these were just a fluke pair.

I purchased these in the saddle color. Initially I loved them! So I ordered them in black. Both shoes squeak! Now the saddle pair is falling apart. This company I thought had a winner unfortunately they need to step up their game in quality control. Back go the black and now I am out 100.00 for the saddle.

We bought the silver color as its a very comfortable sandal. Then my daughter wanted a black pair. Don’t buy the black color.The glue is visible! Poorly made .I exchanged the black one 3 times, same issue ,then asked for my money back

If it weren't for that large, badly placed buckle, these would be the perfect sandals. I held onto them for a while and kept trying them on in the house, hoping I'd get used to the buckle. Nope. As some others have mentioned, it hits my ankle bone in just the wrong place and gets painful after some wear. It's unbelievably frustrating to return what could be extremely comfortable sandals. The leather straps are a good width. Rounded edges won't cut into your skin. The leather is soft; the soles are bouncy but have plenty of character to give support.

Pretty shoe but arch support is nonexistent. I really wish I could have returned them. Should have a lot more support for this price.
