I wanted so badly to love these sandals. Foot bed itself was well padded, leather is very nice, and style is decent for a more comfort geared sandal. Bought them for vacation. Wanted to try them out before and wore them to work.. a very very short walk from the car to the building and the white sole on them immediately became filthy and wouldn’t come clean with a magic eraser. That was annoying, but not a deal breaker. After wearing them a couple of hours on day 1 of vacation, the back of my right heel got completely torn up by the back of the sandal. Band aids were no use. Wish I could return

I REALLY wanted to like these shoes! I got them for an upcoming trip to Europe where I know I’m going to be walking A LOT. I tried these out one day at work, and by the end of the day the buckle started to rub on my ankle. Given the fact that the overall shoe wasn’t out of this world comfortable, I decided to return. They could be ok for an every day sandal, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a go to walking shoe.

These are well made, comfortable shoes, but the buckle was positioned right on top of my ankle bone. I hoped they would work anyway but I have to send them back. They seem like great shoes otherwise.

I had high hopes for these sandals, but we aren't meant to be together. I liked the style for spring & summer with capris and dresses. They fit my foot correctly - not too long or short. They even fit around my ankle. I just couldn't take the metal fastener touching my ankle bone. It seems like that would cause a blister or sore spot. They also didn't provide enough support for me in the arch and heel areas. I was hoping that these sandals would be a good alternative to my normal Danskos, but they didn't work out.

These were cute and felt OK on except for the buckle. Why oh why did they design these with the buckle right against the ankle? Just not comfortable and I'm sure over time even worse. Returned.

I had to return these. The anthracite color appeared sliverish online, but when the shoes I arrived I discovered they were a glittery taupe.

Cons: I'm a pretty consistent size 8.5. I was absolutely swimming in this sandal. I have narrow, completely flat feet - which definitely doesn't help. But this shoe was super sloppy as I walked around the house. Side to side and up and down. The buckle hit exactly at the ankle - and on my left foot, I could tell that it would be a huge problem if I actually wore them. Pros: The sole was solid, but soft - really liked that. The leather was also soft.

They felt okay, just a little narrow for my flat feel but still okay. However, my friend would not let me get them because the white soles made them too ugly. I tried to explain that this is kind of the style now. A darker sole and we may have had a winner.

No padding in the heel. I bought these for walking and after one short errand, with little walking, I wish I could return these shoes. The buckle is big and painful if trying to sit cross legged on the ground. The leather is thin, but the upper of the sandal is really cute. They're a little rough to get on.

Great sandal, but the ankle buckle is uncomfortable. I do better with a back zipper. Quality shoe, though.

Doesn't make foot secure. Cute style but only one side adjusts so half the straps are loose and half you can tighten which makes no sense and doesnt allow your foot to feel secure.

The leather straps are more glittery than metallic. It's a weird finish. Its going back.

Unlike other Sofft shoes I have bought these are very uncomfortable. The back of the shoe is unlined leather and every time I have tried to wear them they have given me blisters. They are also almost impossible to buckle, the holes are too small

Felt very loose and unsupportive. As other reviewers said, the buckle does rub on the ankle. Poor design.

I loved this style and initially felt it was comfortable but after wearing and walking in it the placement of the straps did not support my small toes. Making it increasing uncomfortable. The placement of the straps a problem. Disappointed as it was comfortable and well fitting everywhere else. I bought in both black and sand and returned both.

When I tried them on and walked around the house a little they felt great. When I wore them outside walking around in town they stretch so much and tore into both heels. Now if I wear them, I have to have Band-Aids on my heels to prevent it.

Fit is too wide.

I ordered the black and the silver in these shoes. Unfortunately, the black pair squeaked! Every single step the straps squeaked! I couldn't stand the noise. The silver pair did not so I kept them. They are very comfortable and I thought true to size.

These look adorable, and I was excited to order them. However, they are truly uncomfortable. The footbed is slightly narrow (I am at the top of the medium shoe width, so it may fit a more regular/narrower foot), but the real misery is the buckle. It literally buckled on top of my ankle bone--ouch! I cannot imagine walking around in these shoes--it would be painful. Even just standing in them buckled was uncomfortable. Too bad, because they were really stylish and cute.

I loved the way these shoes looked and felt BUT the first pair I ordered had some sort of water mark right on the leather right on top of the foot. I returned and reordered BUT the 2nd pair was in even worse shape. The leather was chewed up on the seam right on top of one of these shoes. I am returning and throwing in the towel on these.

Not soft. Hard like stiff plastic.

These are very comfortable, but the color looked more purple than blue.

I wanted to love these. I love the high-top look of them and the athletic sole. I figured they would be a no-brainer. I tried them in black and denim oyster. The denim color looked weird. The black ones looked better, but they weren't as comfortable as other sandal brands I tried, like Geox and Born. The toe area on the foot bed was very flat and hard, and there was a thick seam on the foot bed that hit right behind the toes. They also seemed clunky on me. I was worried about the buckle rubbing on my ankle, too. A lot of things bothered me about these sandals that I thought I would end up keeping and loving.

I wanted a pair of comfort sandals for an upcoming trip with lots of walking. Unfortunately, the metal buckle on these hits at a painful point on the ankle bone and negates the purpose. Had to return.
