Love the style and color of these shoes and they were very comfortable. But the strap across the toes was too far forward so was very loose on my foot, made the shoes look very sloppy.

THESE SHOES WERE OBVIOUSLY WORN AS THE SOLES ARE SHOWING BLACK AND THE BACK RING TO HOLD STRAP IS JAMMED.

Got the wide shoe and unfortunately the ankle strap was not long enough to buckle it so I have to return the shoes. They look nice however so hopefully this shoemaker can correct this.

The leather for this shoe is very poor quality. The finish on the ankle strap was rough and unattractive.

I am outraged. First, I love these sandals. I have them in a medium width. But on very hot days, my feet swell, and the sandals are too tight. I thought I had hit on a solution when I ordered the same size, same sandal, but a wide width. The "wide" is EXACTLY THE SAME WIDTH as "medium" at 3 1/4 inches at the strap line on both the medium and the wide. I measured. The box label is clearly marked "W.". Apparently Sofft ran out of medium widths and just slapped on a new "wide" label to pass off these sandals as wider. They're going back. Terrible customer care.

Looks cheap, came scratched. Comfortable, yes, but overall disappointing.

Beautiful sandels, but strap holes are in wrong place making straps way to long and shoe not secure.

Once again, another really cute style and lovely color - but a poorly made shoe. It offers zero support. Have you every purchased a shoe and have a last 2-3 wears? This is what the shoe made me think of, plus, it is extremely narrow. I can no longer wear shoes that offer zero cushion.

These shoes are so cute, such a lovely color. Unfortunately, I had to return them, as soon as I pulled one shoe out of the box, I knew it wasn't going to work for me, the shoe is extremely narrow and provides minimal cushion. Overall, I don't think the quality of this show is very high.

Very tiny

These shoes look great but feel AWFUL. Truely disappointing. The cork with flecks of gold is very attractive and the wedge is a very reasonable height but the shoes are simply unwearable. Trying them on you wouldn't be able to tell, but after minimal walking the rub and chafe your feet all over, the heels, the top of your foot - misery. I wish I could return these or exchange for anything that wouldn't reduce my feet to a bandaged mess. Not a sizing issue. Don't get these. If I could give no starts for comfort, I would.

Very uncomfortable—have to return

I wanted to love these but the ankle strap was not long enough to buckle around my ankle.

Two problems the main one being the box said 8M that I ordered but the pair of shoes inside were an 11W!!! What the heck? Second problem the color of the shoe I received looks completely different than the one pictured. Never had an issue with Zappos until now. Will exchange for another color and hopefully they'll send the correct size this time. I can't comment on size or width since I didn't receive the correct size but was forced to choose a rating

Very nice shoe and fit perfectly and I would have given it 5 stars overall but the desert sand color leather is not dyed properly. The shoes arrived with the color already rubbed off in several locations (on both pairs I had ordered in this color). The black colored version of this sandal is perfectly dyed and the color does not scratch or rub off. Sofft needs to change the method used to color these shoes in the desert sand color so that the color does not look like it's already worn.

I sent this back as the ankle strap did not fit. It was too big. I would have needed to cut at least an inch off the strap and add a couple of holes way down the strap for it to fit properly. I don’t have exceptionally thin ankles, and have never had this problem before. The shoe wasn’t that great looking anyway, though the padding was nice. But it was the strange strap that meant it was a return.

These shoes didn't fit me. I purchased a wide and it didn't feel like a wide around the front band it seemed small. The length was true to size. I have really bad feet and haven't walked in any kind of heels in yrs and I couldn't walk in these even with this small heel. I had to send them back. They are cute and well made though.

Very pretty shoe but the heel "cup" was too small to hold my heel in place and I found it slipping out of the show as I walked. Tried tightening straps but it didn't help.

I really loved the fit and look of these sandals. I ordered a 9W in the tan color and black color. After trying on the black, my hands were black! The color of the sandal was coming off on my hands. I kept the tan because that seemed to be OK but don’t order the black. I can’t imagine if I wore them on a hot day....

I ordered a 9.5 (W), Unfortunately I could not get my foot into the shoe. This design is strange, the straps did not fit around my heel and there is no way this should be considered a wide. Returned.
