Beautiful shoes but they are a full size to large which then makes them to narrow and would require a change to a wide width. I am normally a 40 in European sizing or a 9.5 shoe, possibly a 10 in athletic shoes. Both the 9.5 and 9 were to long. Customer service was fantastic To deal with in the exchange and return process.

These are really sweet shoes but my heel was swimming in them/slipping all over so walking any distance would have been awkward. Maybe ordering a half size down would have helped. I ended up getting the Sofft Vara (half size smaller) which fit perfectly & had way less foot slippage.

I'm an 8 1/2 medium and these were true to size. Very comfy though I have not walked a lot in them yet. Suede is so nice. Am thinking of ordering them in black but the black does not come in suede

The size was great. The strap on the ankle seemed a little big to me. I may have to add a extra hole to have it fit properly. I hope that will not ruin it. Otherwise great shoes!

These sandals are very comfortable. The arch, wedge heel, and overall support are perfect for my relatively flat feet. HOWEVER, I had to bring the sandals to my cobbler for some adjustments. I have skinny ankles and the existing strap and holes did not pull tight enough. My cobbler added about four extra holes and then cut off the extra strap (all free of charge!). Now the shoes fit perfectly and I may do the same with a pair in black.

I actually didn't even try these on - the rose gold was not at all what I expected in color.

Purchased for homecoming. My daughter usually wears a size 9, but they were too long. An 8 1/2 was the perfect fit. They were stylish and looked appropriate for a high school homecoming.

I really liked the look of these shoes but they just weren't comfortable for me. The front strap hit me at the widest point of my foot and since the strap isn't very wide, it was too tight for me.

I have 5 pairs of Sofft sandals and this was the first pair I had to send back for a smaller size. I always wear a 7.5 but the heel was so loose even with the strap buckled tight. Exchanged for a 7 and they are perfect. This was also the first pair without the back zipper I’ve purchased, so maybe that was the issue on the loose heel. Otherwise, it is a very cute shoe.

Extremely comfortable and the color is perfect!

This is a lovely and comfortable shoe. I bought this shoe because they have an arch support and I suffer from plantar faciitis on one foot and a bunyon on the other. The arch support is not enough but my orthotic fits in the sandal and the front strap hits above my bunyon. I ordered the wide shoe which fits perfectly.

I found some that matched my dress so will be sending these back but of the 10 pairs I tried these were my next choice. The manufacturer must have gone too far the other direction from spring reviews because the ankle strap is way too long without enough holes in it so I was going to need to poke a hole in the strap to be able to tighten it up. (And I don't have delicate ankles) Cute sandals and very comfy.

I had always had good luck ordering my usual size 6M in Sofft. But this shoe was not a good fit for my bunions. Too tight across the front. Sadly, I am returning.

I bought the 8.5 in these in pink suede, and then felt like they were too small for my feet after I wore them once, so when I needed some silvery shoes for a wedding I was wary of these but decided to try the 8.5W anyway. I decided these were my best option IF I added one of those ball-of-foot stickers, just to stop myself from sliding forward (the shoe actually has really nice ball of foot cushioning). Anyway I was amazed I could wear them and wasn't bleeding the day of the wedding, and they're not sooooo fancy (even in the silvery one) that I won't get a lot of wear out of them.

Great shoe, just not crazy about color. I wish this show came in the rose gold bruce metallic that the Vara comes in. I ordered both, liked this shoe better, but kept the Vara instead due to the color.

The shoe fit true to size. It seemed comfortable but I only wore it around my carpeted bedroom. I was looking for a sandal that was a bit dressier and these did not really fit that requirement. It was a really cute shoe and I was tempted to keep it but I have about 3 other black casual sandals so it is going back.

This color fit differently than the two others I ordered (and kept). This one is tighter. Also, be aware that the tan color is not as pictured. It is much lighter than it appears here.

Sadly, these perfect shoes turned my feet black! Hoping that lessens with wear.

Ordered 9 Medium, as size 8.5 does not always fit me like it used to. These have worked well, but after some wear I realized the size 9 was actually too long - the end of the toe catches on stairs and other things (like gets scuffed up while I sit in office chair during the day) and that has caused some wear and tear on the shoe. I should have stuck with 8.5 on this one. They are comfortable and stylish overall though, I love the soft leather and the buckle has not been an issue for me.

These shoes are not only comfortable, but very stylish. At my age it's hard to find comfort without totally going flat. This shoe has just enough lift to feel elegant, but not too high to cause discomfort. Yay! Now I know where to look.

These are really beautiful sandals. The only downfall is the ankle strap. It is really long and there are only three holes. I need to use the third holes, and I ended up having to use a pin to widen them as the buckle pin wouldn’t go through it. Despite that annoyance I am keeping them as they look great with short dresses and are quite comfortable.

Overall I really liked these shoes- fit my feet well and the footbed is comfy and the leather is a good quality. However, the buckle hits right on my ankle and started to rub immediately when I walked around my house, so these have to go back. I tried to loosen the strap so the buckle wouldn't rub, but it didn't help. It just hits in the wrong place for where my ankle bone stick out.

This shoe is cute, and the leather looked nice, but the foot was too long. I was a bit too big for me to keep but would have if they had fit just a bit smaller. I can usually fit a 36, but these are just too big. Too bad they don't make a 35.
