Tried for two weeks to break these in, but the toe strap is a bit stiff and the top edge of it is placed directly over the nail bed of the big toe. Painful blisters every time. Had hoped to wear on a trip to Paris, looks like the perfect chic city sandal, but just too painful. Also runs narrow and short - I’m consistently a 7.5 B/C width and these felt like a 7 Narrow in my normal size. Ordered a half size up (8) and that took care of the width and length issue but then the cutting toe strap made these a return. Love the 365 Day Zappos return policy!!

Similar to several other posts here by people who purchased these shoes in black with black soles, I received black shoes with white soles. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for Zappos to get these orders right, but it’s very disappointing and not the level of service I expect from Zappos. I normally wear a 10 and ordered an 11 based on reviews stating the shoes run small (the shoe is not available in size 10.5.) The 10.5 would have worked perfectly because the size 11 is a half size too large. I will be returning these shoes due to fit and the fact that they are not what I ordered.

First time ordering and will be the last. Canceled my order with no email notice and when I called to find out the status of my order, it was then that I learned that my order had been canceled and the shoe was no longer available. Oh but, I can get a $20 voucher for the miscommunication. Sincerely, Upset & confused!

I saw someone wearing them and they looked so comfortable, I had to order a pair. I have a small narrow foot, and I could not get the sandal on without unzipping the back. The back of the sandal is very stiff and I felt that the zipper might break. When I zipped it up, the back of the sandal was really stiff and cut into my ankle. Really uncomfortable for the price so I returned them. Too bad - they were really cute!

Terrible, terrible shoe. The heel design is the worst, it has hard molded pieces that dig into your foot, I've got a hole in my foot the size of a quarter from it.
