These are very comfy. My foot is not wide enough for a W shoe but I sometimes have trouble with a M width. I felt like I was slightly hanging over on the right foot.These shoes are very true to size in length. If you want and insert or a medium heavy sock, go up a size. I'll go up a size and see how that goes.

Felt larger than normal. Will return this for a smaller width size.

These are amazingly comfortable. Not too ugly.

This shoe is also part of the Clark's Cloudstepper and is very comfortable. I chose the "textured / not smooth" finish which makes it looks a little dressier than a regular lace-up shoe. I'm looking forward to trying them on a trip.

I love the shoe, the color, the style, my only complaint is there is little arch support and I have the flattest of feet. Plus I have orthodics but they really didn't fit in that well. All and all though I will keep the shoes and enjoy them. I like their look and their feel.

I love this shoe ! Cloud steppers from Clark's are so soft. They have a removable padded insert. I was able to use my orthotic insert. This is a super cute casual shoe. They are a step up from a sneaker. I like the black sole because they look great with jeans or black pants. Unfortunately I need to return them. Based on some reviews , I thought they ran narrow. I wear an 8 B (medium width), but my heel is extra narrow. These shoes are true to size however, my heel is not.:( Thank you Zappos for your convenient return policy.

I love this shoe, and Im so hard to please. Not much arch but my orthodics work. It is so comfortable.

This shoe is so comfortable right out of the box. They are soft and cushion-y under my feet - a must for my shoes. They are wide enough in the toe box so that they aren't binding or squeezing my toes feet in any way whatsoever. I wear a 5.5 B and they are true to size. I think the shoe is a lot cuter in person than in the picture. I'm so excited to find this comfortable shoe because that is so hard for me to find. Zappos has been so great with their free returns - I can't say enough about how awesome that option is for me.

These have been the perfect teaching shoe, super comfortable and I've been getting lots of compliments on them! I picked the grey which has been a great color that goes with many things in my wardrobe. I think it's a win when my middle schoolers as well as fellow teachers ask where I got them! I have problem feet and a bad back, and these "cloud steppers" really have lived up to their promise so far.

Comfort exceed expectations Style, appearance? They're okay. This is a shoe If you really want a padded,shoe with good arch support. 100% recommend if this describes what you are looking for.

These shoes are really comfortable, and great with jeans. I am always thrilled to find a shoe for my long narrow feet and these fit the bill. Highly recommend.

Not a sexy shoe, but quite comfortable. I bought the grey jersey. The material is soft and comfortable and flexible enough to work with wool socks on cold days or thin hidden socks on warm days (I can't stand to wear any shoes without some kind of sock or foot covering, but these shoes would be comfortable to do so for those that prefer to go sock-less). I bought an 8.5 N and find the shoe to be true to size. So far I've mostly worn them to walk on the treadmill and for running errands. (PS: I find that circling the shoestring twice before pulling the loop through helps keep this kind of shoestring tied.)

Very comfortable first time I wore them. Stand on my feet for 6 hrs at work and really helped my feet. Would definitely recommend.

These shoes are very comfortable. They are like wearing slippers... soft soles, soft uppers. I wouldn't try going on a hike in the woods with them. They don't feel sturdy. But I bought them to wear with black slacks or skinny jeans for every day. These shoes are perfect for that.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Right out of he box they felt perfect and I wore them to a convention the next day and felt great. I will get another pair in a different color!

I ordered this based on comments that the shoe runs short, it doesnt. I like the styling of this shoe.

you can walk in these shoes all day. They seem to mold to your foot after a short time of wear. They look like real leather and make your foot apppear small. Had to have shoes for a convention and wore them two long days. My arthritic knees were grateful for the great support. Than you Clarks.

Very comfortable shoes. The removable innersole is made of gel like material-very nice. I did remove this innersole and put in my prescription orthotic which is bulky. It fit--I was so happy. Did NOT bind over my bunions. I have worn these shoes for 2-3 hours standing and walking and they felt great. Then I wore them to an art museum event where I was standing for 5+ hours and my feet did hurt, but that was on a concrete floor. So glad I purchased these--am considering another color.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have owned since Ecco quit making a super oxford. The wide width(D) is perfect for my fat foot and the amount of give in the sole is perfect for me. I cannot say it would be great for anyone else, but I just love them and cannot order more because they haven't got them in stock. I hope Zappos gets them again as I like the service here.

I have one foot that is a disaster, having been broken, bunion, wonky toes. With that said, these felt great right out of the box. I am retired, typically live in athletic shoes. But wanted something a little more refined, yet comfy. These fit the bill! Plus, neat and actually minimize my crazy bumps and bulges. I purchased the sage color, perfect for Fall. And a bit different from my typical black choice. Go get a pair! Try them out, Zappos oh so easy to return, on the odd chance you actually want to return these!

Super comfortable right out of the box... Even without socks. My feet nearly always hurt, but these are great.

I have some foot issues (hallux rigidus and a torn post-tib tendon) so finding a shoe I can wear comfortably with a Richie brace can be challenging. This shoe accommodates the brace, is stylish enough that I can wear it to the office and it is very comfortable. The laces could be a bit longer, but otherwise they seem terrific. Hopefully they will wear well and hold up. Can't go wrong with Clarks. :)

These are very lightweight and soft for a leather shoe. I have been looking for a shoe that can pass as business casual but feels more like an athletic shoe, and these do that pretty well. It does feel a little bit shorter and narrower than I'd expect.

These are great shoes! Walked all over Europe in them and they were so comfortable. I did remove the cushion insert - the arch on it did not match my foot.

Awesome shoes, especially if you wear orthotics. You can put them right under the removable pad in the shoe. The pad is super soft so I don't even know I have my orthotics in them. I love them so much I bought another pair to make sure I had them when my first ones wear out.
