Initially it fit. It was a little on the not so stylish side but it was not ugly. However the first day I wore it to work I came home that evening it was horrific. I had a huge rubbed raw place on the top of each foot. I thought maybe it needed breaking in so I put a bandage over it and tried again a week later but it made it worse. I actually now several weeks since have two light bruise scars where it was rubbing. There is a seam on the underside of the top piece that sits on the highest part of my foot. Not a great place.

I bought these in the gray snake. It's a soft gray and went with a lot of things I own, so I was disappointed they were so firm on the footbed; unlike the Lexi Marigold sandals I have from a couple years back. I also noticed the outside strap over my pinkie toe hit in a different place compared with my other Marigolds. I suppose when they changed the footbed shape, it skewed the strap placement as well. My pinkie toe could nearly peak out and rubbed against the strap. I compared the shoe footbed to my older footbed and discovered the toe shape is more rounded in the new style. Also they were extremely firm underfoot. Some cushioning must have been missing from the new footbed.

I have worn Clarks shoes for several years, and always bought USA size 7 for a perfect fit. These are actually too short, but they say size 7 - my foot touches the front & back edge. I needed a pair of navy shoes for an upcoming trip and these were the perfect style for me, but now I don't have time to return them & have another pair sent out, so I'll have to live with it. They are tight!!! I wouldn't say too narrow, but because the straps in the back don't line up where they technically should be, I feel them pressing on my foot. IF I had know, I would have ordered a size 7 1/2.

Shoe was extremely tight. I am having problems with one foot and even trying a different size would not have worked on that foot.

I needed a pair of white sandals for spring/summer dresses. Sadly, still looking. Style-wise, these were it. Cute and the foot bed is wonderful and it fit my size 8.5 medium foot perfectly. But...the leather straps are loose across the entire upper part of my foot. I don't have "thick" feet, even though I have a high instep. The odd part: the foot bed is not wide, it's definitely medium (and so comfy). So, it's just odd on top, and I know that the leather will stretch some, too. So sorry to send these back. If your medium-width foot is "thick," these are for you.

I wear a D width, and the toe area is perfect, but for some reason, Clarks decided to bend the heel area inward. This makes the heel area feel more like a C width. I need a D width throughout the ENTIRE shoe. The sandals are gorgeous, but I have to send them back. It feels like something digging into my foot where it is too narrow in the heel area. This is the 3rd Clarks sandals I have bought and had to return. All 3 were because of what they are doing with the footbed -- bending it upwards and into your foot. This is not at all comfortable.

Does not fit high arch, could not slip all the way in, and unable to close back strap. So sad, such a cute shoe and the gray snake color I wanted. This happened also on Clarks Cloudstepper sneakers, couldn't even get them on. Guess it's not the brand for high arches.

I ordered a narrow width and I still found them to be too wide. However, I think I hover between SS (extra narrow) and N (regular narrow) so it could just be my poor feet are too special, or everyone else’s feet are getting wider. I seem to have this problem very often.

I was so hopeful that these would fit & be comfortable but they are too narrow. Even though they are leather I don't think wearing socks to try to stretch the upper portion would help as the base of the shoe is too narrow so my foot is over the edges. I will be returning them & keep looking for a pair of white shoes to wear with a skirt that fit

Regretfully, I decided to return these because the footbed color was so much lighter than the light brown in the photo. It's actually a very light beige fabric that would show dirt immediately, especially where it wraps around the front. I liked the rest of the shoe: light as a feather, good fit all around, shock-absorbing--everything the over-60 crowd looks for (except fashion) for a vacation with a lot of walking. The leather is a little stiff but didn't rub on me, and I actually liked that the pewter color is more metallic than shows in the photo. I would have reordered in another color if the footbed color was darker in, say, the black. But no luck. BTW I love Zappos service, and the videos are very helpful.

I really wanted to love these, but the material is thin and if you have a wide foot with a high instep you may like me find these just don't work for you. I ordered the light grey fyi.

Lexi Marigold runs EXTREMELY NARROW. I normally wear an 11 Wide shoe. I previously ordered 2 pairs in black and pewter. I had to return them and order them in the WW width. I definitely bought these shoes for comfort. These shoes would have been cute if the strange thing with the strap wasn't going on. On the right shoe of the pewter pair, the strap has a flaw in the way it straps around your ankle. It leaves an unattractive buckle on the inside of the ankle. Also, the fastening the strap is extremely difficult -- not long enough. I suppose this is part of effort to save money on manufacturing the shoe, but it really CHEAPEANED the shoe and made it hard to fasten. On the black pair, I did not notice the buckling that I saw on the pewter shoe.

Only buy the leather ones. The grey was flimsy so I had to exchange for the black leather. But the shoe is very comfortable, so worth exchanging. I find that Clarks always runs about 1/2 size large. I ordered an 8 1/2 W which works well for my size 9W foot.

Disappointed in this shoe and I usually love Clark's, Style is beautiful. Back strap is too loose and would much better if adjustable with Velcro. Does not seems to have Clark's usual "cushy" support.

I love Clark's shoes because I can wear them in comfort right out of the box ---but these were a little narrower than usual and the edges where the lining and the leather come together felt sharp--wore them for 15 min around the house and was already getting red areas on my foot. The shoe is really cute but I had to send it back. Same problem with the last pair I ordered, but regrettably, I kept them hoping they would get more comfortable as I wore them--I can still only wear them for a couple of hours. For the last few years I have been disappointed with the quality of the leather used in the shoes, esp sandals and the inconsistency of the fit. I have Clark's sandals that are more than 10 yrs old and I still wear them.

I was so dissappointed I couldn't keep this shoe. It fit perfectly. The problem is in the buckle. It felt like the strap was already stretched out and I had trouble getting it tight enough. The buckle was also difficult to close. Too bad, I would have loved to keep these. Maybe if your heel is larger than mine, it would work.

Perfect narrow fit until you get to the front of your ankle section. The shoe gaps there. Disappointed, but they are going back.

These were comfortable, except a little loose as I wore them around the house. The first day I wore them outside, a blister formed on the top of my big toe where the top rubbed across my foot. I wish I'd have sent them back.

I loved this shoe. Very comfortable and looked good. Really like the color. But, the strap was just a tad too wide to go thru the buckle. Could not handle the hassle of pulling and twisting required to get thru the buckle. What a bummer for an otherwise great shoe in comfort and style.Gave it a 3 stars due to buckle issue.

Looks a lot more stylish online, but very comfortable.

Comfortable shoe but the narrow was too wide for my narrow foot.
