Good quality

These were really pretty, but my daughter (7) is very picky about the way the back of sneakers hit her ankle. For her, these were too stiff in the back so she didn’t like them. These were also a little bit awkward to put on at first, since the tongue only opens on one side of the shoe, but I guess you get used to this after a few tries. We also tried the next half size up in the Glitz style and she liked the fit better in the back, but thought her toes were a little too squished together in the front.

Too narrow, had to size up a full size. No complaints from my toddlers about comfort.

We got these hoping they would fit or our son's SMO's, but it was much too tight a squeeze. They look great though. Just not wide or deep enough for an orthotic brace. I would suggest the "Kaz" shoe if you need to fit something for an SMO or AFO. Those work splendidly.

My pre-k daughter wore these sneakers without complaint. They were perfect for everyday wear and held up well - for 9 months until her feet outgrew them. We just ordered the next size up for the new school year.

I purchased these shoes for my 4 year old daughter. She has wide feet so we are usually limited to NB or Plae. I kept seeing these shoes come up in my search results so I thought I would give them a try. This brand recommends you buy a half sizer smaller than what you need. With this style I actually found that advice did not work. I needed a size 10 so I ordered a 9.5. The shoe fit but if my daughters foot grew anymore before she wears them out they would not work. I returned the 9.5 and ordered a 10.5. That worked the best for her. Overall, I would recommend this shoe. Her feet do not get super sweaty, they are easy to put on and off, and she loves the rainbow color.

Fell apart quickly - poor quality. The strap fell apart and toe came unglued. They look very worn after a short amount of time.

My daughter loves these shoes, but they're the second pair she's had and both have had the rubber piece on the toe peel off within a few months of wear. For the pricepoint and brand, I expected these shoes to be more durable. Probably won't buy this style again.

Daughter loved the style of the sneaker but complained of the top inside of the shoe pushing against her foot. She tried on other colors, same style and size and didn’t complain of this. Ordering a half size larger in this color and will see if it helps.

This is our first pair of Tsukihoshi shoes and I’m not impressed. My child says they’re very comfortable and feel good on. However, after four months, the Velcro strap has come apart, they won’t come clean in the wash, and the tread is very worn down. My child runs, plays, rides bikes, climbs trees and these don’t seem durable enough to withstand those activities. We usually buy another brand of shoes and those hold up to the wear and washings.

After a couple times of wearing my daughter won’t wear these and says “ow wee” Bummed will try to send back

My daughter wore these once and complained of them being painful at the back heel. I had her try again a week later and still hurt her. She now refuses to put them on again. Because they have been worn, I can’t return so ultimately wasted $65.

These are definitely kid-approved, but the velcro on the strap came unglued after a few months. It's disappointing to not even get one child's use out of a pair of shoes - these were junk before they were outgrown by one kid!

My kids like Tsukihoshi shoes, and over the years, I have managed to get multiple years of wear out of them by passing them down. However, the quality of this pair is lacking. The Velcro strap has come unglued, and although I was able to get some glue to hold on there for a few weeks, it's come undone again.

The Velcro strap came off very quickly. We’ve been buying these shoes for years and these wore out much faster than any others.

Our granddaughter has sensitive feet and always complains about the heel area. This shoe runs slightly narrower than other Tsukihoshi shoes we've tried and were an immediate complaint. Too bad. They're so pretty.
