This shoe is without a doubt initially super comfortable. It feels like walking on a mattress, the sole is squishy but bounces back with every step. The color is beautiful. I would have kept these shoes; however, I realized after wearing them around my house for an hour that my feet were actually hurting because they were too squishy. My foot had less stability because every time I stepped on the ground, it was like sinking into a layer of sand and I had to work to stabilize my ankles. Maybe someone with stronger ankles won't have this problem. I did keep another pair of Cobb Hill sandals that I ordered though.

I was disappointed to realize after I received the shoe that it is not leather. This information was on the web site, I just made a wrong assumption based on price. The thong piece that goes between the toes is made of grosgrain ribbon (again, visible in the pictures if I had looked carefully). I'm going to send the shoes back because I don't think they are good value for money. I do think the shoe is cute and has more support than most thong sandals. The pewter color is quite dark--again, this was visible on the website and doesn't bother me.

Just received these sandals and there is no way they are a D-wide width - they are a narrow width medium at best. Toes definitely hang over a bit on both sides of my feet but they are attractive and comfortable so I will keep them. Be warned, however, if you really do have a wide width foot, consider another brand.

My size is typically a 10W. I bought a Pewter pair in that size. I found the fit to be too large, with the thin velcro closure strap around my ankle rubbing uncomfortably. The straps did not stabilize my feet enough in this sandal, which meant my foot slid too much from side to side while walking. That and the chafing at the ankle from the edges of the thin strap were a dealbreaker for me. I am returning them.

Loved the shoe but the straps are too long to be able to tighten them to walk in.

Weird fit. I got the wide. They are wide at the heel, narrow at the ball of the foot so my foot hung off but the shoe felt too big. The toe strap is too stretchy, so to get the shoe not to slip I was pulling that elastic tight. They do accommodate a high arch, so that's nice but otherwise not wearable for me. Have to return them. Also, the top sole is just a non breathable plastic so I know my feet would just sweat to them.

I loved these sandals that I bought for a crews. The heal strap was loose, but I thought tight enough. I was able to wear them a few days and then I couldn't get the heal strap tight enough. Too bad, as I really loved them other than that.

I wanted to like this shoe. However, the insole not being covered in a suede like material felt like it would be too hot on my feet in the summer here in Nevada, like make my feet sweat. I liked the cushion feel of the insole though. I also did not like the feel of the material in between my toe. It was too uncomfortable to me. If they were to use a soft material for the insole I may try it another time. It did feel like it had good arch support, which I liked.

Don't understand why the ankle strap was so short that it left velcro exposed. Also, the toe piece felt as though it was going to rub a doozy of a blister. Like my foot was crammed against it. All in all, this was not a well made sandal.

I am very disappointed in these shoes. They are so comfortable but the soles smell. They hold sweat and cause an awful order of stinky feet. That's hard to do for an open shoe but these are the worst. For the price there are far better. I won't purchase again.

Not made for thin feet/low arch. Straps sat a good 1 1/2" above the top of my foot. Little to no arch support.

Wow! They were really big on me

The sole is incredibly comfy, but sadly even the wide runs narrow. My feet were hanging over the side, and I couldn't even Velcro the back closed because the strap wasn't long enough. Really disappointed these didn't work out. Back they go!

This was huge. I usually wear 9.5 but this fit like a 10.5.

Terrible Disappointment—This is not the same sandal! The material is some weird cheap crap. The layers of the seams are off and itchy and not sewn straight. The Velcro on back is in the wrong spot for closure, your heel would have to extend behind the shoe by about 2”. I have 3 pairs in different colors dating back several years. They were my go-to comfortable goes with everything sandal. Shame on you Rockport for totally degrading the lack of quality and trying to pass it off as same :(

Plastic tops make these very uncomfortable.

I love the thong and slingback style and bronze color, however, they're made for someone with a wide foot and high instep. I ordered a full size smaller, from my normal 8 in closed shoes, to size 7, but it didn't help. The slingback with velcro is too loose, as is the instep. As a result, my foot slides and flops around, rendering the nice arch support useless. I'll offer these to a friend, and will return if they don't work for her either. Too bad.
