I ordered a 9W Rockport Ramona in Bronze. I usually wear a 9 or up to a 10, depending on the type of shoe, as in a running shoe or boots. These were too long, although not too wide but the top portion of the sandal was too roomy, allowing my foot to slip around. Not a good fit at all. I have very wide feet and these didn't flatter them so I'm not going to reorder in a smaller size. I suggest sizing down.

This is super tight across the top of my foot, but the support is amazing otherwise.

First, I have horrible feet: wide width, high arch and narrow heel. I normally wear an 8.5W or 9W. Saying these felt a full size smaller might be inaccurate, but they are smaller than I expected. I already own two pair of these sandals in an 8.5W. I bought them two years ago, and they have been so versatile that when I saw them available again - I ordered them. They go with everything! However this time, the 8.5 is tight across the top of my foot (I ordered all three colors, and all are tight). Maybe the materials changed? Anyway, the larger size is no longer available on Zappos, but I found them elsewhere (at an even better price in a 9W, and they seem much more comfortable.

Not suitable for a high instep. 8W fit as expected in length and width, footbed was comfortable and relatively supportive, but the strap was much too tight over the top of my foot.

This sandal is cute but I don’t love them. The soles are very springy which is too much for me, personally. I almost feel unstable in them. I ordered the wide and although the sole is wide enough, the straps are too tight over my instep. It wasn’t “deep” enough, if that makes sense. Hopefully they break in because they’ve already been worn.

Foot base is supportive, but the leather looks plastic and my foot just rolled over to the outside due to no side support. Sorry had to return.

I wanted to like these, because they had good cushion and support. However, they did not have a soft cloth/suede like foot bed. I would have kept them if they had a better insole. I live in Nevada and it gets very hot in summer here and my feet would be sweating in this foot bed. It is so frustrating for me to find comfortable shoes to wear with good arch support. Especially in sandals. I hate that I have to keep returning items. I really want to find the right and comfortable shoe. I am so glad that zappos is so good with returns.

I could not fasten the back strap. The Velcro section was insufficient in length. Which was a shame because I liked eberything else about the shoes.

As adorable as these are, they're going back. I ordered two sizes (I'm normally an 8.5, so I ordered that plus a 9 just to be sure), and both of them were super uncomfortable -- the strap that goes in between the toes is not correctly placed or something because it rubs & makes the foot feel constrained.

These are really cute sandals, just did not fit my foot properly. I have very wide feet and seldom find shoes that fit my difficult feet. Sadly, I have to return these shoes.

HAve the concern about flimsiness that another viewer did. And there is something about the strap that m makes it run out of velcro and be too large at the back. Sizes seem to run a half size larger in terms of length. Arch ok, toe post is a ribbon, so while decorative not sure if this is stable enough to do any real walking in. it does look nice.

These sandals are super light and comfortable, with excellent arch support. Unfortunately, the back strap is a velcro one. I have to pull it so far to make it fit that a huge strip of it sticks out and looks ridiculous.

I was so looking forward to these, as I love the style and color and need comfort for Californian summer wear and travel. The style is very nice, but the material looks and feels pretty flimsy. The upper has the dull plasticky sheen of unmistakeably fake leather, everything, but especially the strap that goes round the ankle feels very very thin (worried it might wear out in months), and the stitching on the top looks like something you'd find in cheap beachside stall sandals. The depth and pattern you see online hardly show up in real life. The footbed is almost too cushy to be supportive, but is certainly comfortable. For very casual beach sandals, these might do, but at the price, I wanted something sturdy and nice enough to wear out in the evening. These are going back.

Super comfortable, very light, but top material was kind of plastic-y. Really not metalic, either--just brown, not bronze. Not worth the price.

Nice shoes with a cushy footbed. I didn’t care for the Velcro closure at the back, I had to fasten it so tight that there was almost no Velcro to attach. This left the strap end that wasn’t attached to Velcro flopping around. I ordered 8, so I would probably order down next time.

Too narrow for me

I found the width to be closer to a C width. Length was true, very comfortable soles.

I'm not sure if I will keep or return. These are NOT black as they show, but a very dark charcoal. If you are in the light, they look shiny gray/black. In the darker light they look like shiny black. The other issue is the foot bed looks a little like plastic and cheap. Now the great...THESE ARE LIKE WEARING TENNIS SHOES THEY ARE SOOOO COMFY! Not kidding, if you want clouds to walk on, these are it! This is my dilemma, to keep and deal with the 'off' black & plastic look but be totally comfy?

Comfortable footbed however, the gross grain ribbon in between the toes rubbed when walking.

These have a very soft insole, making it inappropriate for those like me who are dealing with plantar fasciitis. :( Must return

This is a nice looking sandal, and it's nice that it comes in a wide width. The overall length seemed a little long. I had hoped for more support, especially for overpronation, but I'm finding that's now the case. The insole is very soft, and I'm finding next-to-none arch support. The little support at the sides for overpronation is not enough.

This shoe was really cute with the potential to be comfortable, but just didn't fit me right! It was too wide in the heel area and too narrow in the toe area. If your foot is more slender than mine, maybe it would work. But not for me.

Love these, but am returning them because the velcro on the heel strap isn't in the right place, there's not enough overlap to keep the strap secure. Very disappointed.
