I live in Phoenix and spend a great deal of time walking in the heat. I need shoes that look okay, are very comfortable, and do not make my poor feet get super sweaty. These are the shoes! I ordered them a half size larger as suggested - perfect. The dark earth color is cleverly not quite black, not quite brown so suffice for black or brown outfits. I just ordered blue and red and plan to wear almost no other shoes all summer.

I wear a 9 wide but in these shoes I wear a 9 1/2 medium. It took me three times but it was worth it. First I ordered 9 wide but they were too short, then I ordered 9 1/2 wide but the toe box was just too big so I tried 9 medium and they are perfect with plenty of room for my toes. These are casual but look great with a skirt or dress too. Great for lots of walking - the foot-bed is thick enough not to feel rocks through them and so soft with the memory foam. Even in Arizona weather my feet stay dry and the holes in the design offer lots of ventilation. I want two more colors. I was concerned that they would look too young for me but they are working out fine. It is fun to have shoes that are comfy and still look stylish and cute.

Great alternative to a sneaker. Very cute comfortable for a lot of walking used them when I took a 3 week vacation to Australia & New Zealand they were perfect. They seem to stretch out a little over time so if they are already a little big I might go down a 1/2 size.

Love these! Super comfy foot bed. No chafing. Nice and wide for my fat feet. Feels wider than most other brands of wide shoes. This is the first pair of Jambu I've ever purchased. Will definitely try more in the future.

Please take the advice and order a half size larger than your normal size. These shoes are so comfortable and they come in wide. so if you have a wide foot you can wear then out of the box. Jambu has a huge sizing problem which often makes me reticent to buy their shoes. Have had size 8s which have been huge and size nine and a half which have been tight. However these shoes are adorable and well worth it. I live in the mountains and I prefer closed toes because of all the rocks and pebbles. These shoes perfectly fit the bill/

These are the cutest shoes ever! They are comfortable but my feet are so narrow, that they did not fit well.

So cute! Love Jambu shoes but straps too short for my high instep! Went with Charley Encore instead. For a butter-soft leather similar shoe, try Arcopedico Blossom - cute x-strap with flower cutouts. I have those in navy.

Initially I ordered an 8M (my usual size) in black. They fit well. I decided I'd rather have them in blue, so returned the black pair. Well, the blue 8M did not fit the same as the black 8M, the right shoe was too tight. I feared this since several reviews stated size inconsistency as a reason for return. As much as I liked the shoe, the probability that a subsequent pair might have consistent sizing issues has led me to return the blue and not reordering another pair. Bummer.

I had to replace the first pair of these because they were falling apart after just three months. Six months later, the second pair has fallen apart. I do not recommend this shoe, which is too bad because they are super cute.

If you already have a pair of Jambu shoes of the old design, you will be sorely disappointed with these. They are more cheaply made and don't fit the same. I am returning them. I asked at a shoe store who used to carry them about this. They don't carry the line because it was sold and the new "alit" is poor.

Some reviews said these run small but these were huge. I love these but they are very large on me and I wish Jambu could be more consistent with sizing and material descriptions. I am also bummed that so many of their styles are now fake leather aka vegan. We all know leather is more comfortable. Vegans should have nice shoes too but please don't confuse us who want real leather. btw: Nubuck is supposed to be cowhide but it is a word being used for vegan products too. This particular style is real leather but beware of vegan if you prefer the comfort of something that will stretch and mold nicely to your foot.

These are so cute but the right heel area rubs me and I couldn't find a solution for these because of where it was and I will be wearing them without socks. I would have loved to have kept these. Thanks, Zappos for your great policies.

It fit great and was comfortable straight out of the box, which never happens. I have wide, thick feet and the 9W fit perfectly. I am excited to have some cute shoes that slip on easily and look great with anything that I wear. The arch support is okay. I have issues with plantar fasciitis occasionally and try not to wear these as a daily shoe, as the support isn't as much as I need to keep from flaring up. But overall for occasional day wear they are great.

super cute. wanted to keep but I am a narrow width---I was hoping criss cross straps would do the trick, but sadly did not work for me

Love the shoe. Very comfortable right out of the box. I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel. These were a perfect fit.

I wanted a shoe that would be durable and comfortable to wear all day with lots of walking, as well as cute enough to wear with capris, shorts, or skirts. This one fills the bill nicely! It has a wide toe area, but that's ok for me as I have wide feet. I like the comfort of the memory footbed. The durable sole and nonskid tread should work well for longs days of walking on cobbled stone streets.

I like them! Comfortable and cute! They are a combination of black and brown, which I love. I’d say the black is predominate, but they do have some brown trim and brown stitching on some of the black elements.

So much cuter in person! I feared they may look like clown shoes on my relatively large flat feet but they are comfortable and adorable. A clear winner! So glad I took a chance on these shoes, especially since not all Jambu shoes fit nor look so good on my feet.

Loved the looks of this shoe but my usual size 10 was very short. Need to send back for a half size larger.

Love this shoe! So comfortable. Purchased 1/2 size larger than usual and it is very roomy, but not TOO large. I'll be buying more Jambu....

I read the reviews about they running small in size. I wear a 7 so I ordered a 7 1/2. They were too big. I say they run true to size. Had to return them.

It's a challenge to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. I have narrow feet, but have bunions so I generally need medium width shoes with a strap or ties to keep them on my feet (orthotics help with that too). These shoes didn't work because the strap was too loose on my foot even after I put in my orthotic. Too bad.

Love these shoes. Wore to Disney for a week and my feet didn't hurt (they usually do)
