My 1st pair of Jambu's and I am very pleased. Excellent quality. I have a small foot with a high arch and the footbed provides the perfect comfort, similar to Merrill or Clarks. With the daisy cut outs and strappy design, they are cool in the heat. 6.5 is almost always my size and these feel a tad big. (Size 6 would be too tight) In red, the cute factor is off the chart. I get compliments having coffee, in line, on the street. These make your feet and everyone smile!

I LOVE this shoe and the compliments I get when wearing it! I actually have two pairs of this same style. (Navy and Black Earth) It felt comfortable the moment I put it on and needs no "break in" period. It feels comfortable like a sneaker but with a more refined look. Looks great with skirts, capris and slacks. Zappos is also my favorite place to purchase shoes because of their friendly service and non hassle return policy. I have never had anything but EXCELLENT service from them and I have been a customer now for several years! (Prices are also comparable to most non sale shoe stores. I haven't found the type shoes I order to be on sale anyway.) Love Zappos!

Love these shoes! Super comfortable! I normally wear a size 7 but I had to order a 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly.

Comfortable and stylish! I have worn Keens for years and find this shoe to be as comfortable and great for lots of walking. They are feminine looking at the same time so I can wear them with pants or skirts.

I love these shoes, but they run large, length-wise. So I needed to exchange them for a 7½. They are really cute, and the memory foam is awesome.

I love these shoes! Comfortable, versatile, well-made. Although only Medium width was available in my size and I prefer Wide, they fit comfortably. My former J-41s were my favorite shoes for years, and I'm looking forward to an equally satisfying relationship with Jambu!

Love these shoes! They were comfortable the instant I put them on. I have wide feet and high insteps, and the wide width fits nicely. The anchored strap has enough give not to cut into the top of my foot, the toe box allows for some wiggle room, and the heel feels secure but not so tight that it rubs. The shoes are so cute and comfortable - I'll be wearing them to a music festival next week - lots of walking!

I ordered my size and it fit. The black and brown combo opens an array of mind-boggling outfit options. I bought them to go with Navy dresses. I have walked long miles and like them. Super cute.

I love these right out of the box. They feel great, and the fit is spot on. I'm a 7.5 or 8 wide and I'll usually go to 8.5 in a regular medium width. I got the 8 wide, and it fits just a tiny bit roomy, but not enough to exchange for the 7.5 W. My feet swell a little in the summer, so I think they're perfect. They actually feel like they're molding to my foot. They're cute too!

LOVE these! Bought in red and navy. Both so cute. Very comfy, good arch support for this type of shoe. Will use for travel and lots of walking. My red pair fit smaller than the navy (especially right foot) so I did an exchange (WOW - couldn't be simpler to get the replacement!). The navy pair fit perfectly. I have wide feet and a high instep and was wary of these shoes in reading other reviews. I almost got the wides, but ended up trying the average width. For me, 8M is my usual size and it fir perfectly, no pinching or tightness. Highly recommend - and if there is a bit of tightness in your shoe, do try an exchange. For me that did the trick and I'm so glad I took the chance.

Cute, comfortable! I got these for an upcoming trip to europe with lots of walking. I wore them yesterday at my preschool teaching job and my feet felt wonderful all day. I got so many compliments on them too!! They run true to size. The memory foam insoles do not make my feet sweaty like they do in other brands (sketchers and j-41). Pricey but worth it.

I really like these shoes! I had ordered a 1/2 size larger based on reviews but returned them for my regular size. They are very comfortable and I am looking forward to wearing them with jeans or skirts.

The reviews I read suggested that this style ran small so I ordered a half size larger than usual. Not so. I believe they run true to size and regret I allowed myself to be swayed.

These are very cute and very comfortable. I plan to wear them with shorts and skirts this summer. They are perfect for the casual office. I have not worn them for very long, yet, but so far they are great.

Really cute, great footed. Does run 1/2 size short a little tight across top of foot above the toe area but perfect for my medium to narrow foot. I am size 8 but 8 1/2 is perfect in Jambu.

For some reason the right shoe hurt my foot, right where the cross piece joins the shoe. Love them and am very sorry that I have to return them.

These are really cute shoes! I read the reviews and decided to order a size 9 - I normally either wear 8.5 or 9. Some said they ran small, but I didn't find that to be true. The 9 was too big for me. I ordered them along with a similar pair of Clarks and I am going to keep the Clarks and send these back as they are heavier than the Clarks also. If I had only ordered these and they are were the right size, I probably would have kept them.

These are super cute and comfortable. The wide width fit perfectly. The only disappointment was that the black earth color is both black and brown. They appeared all black in pictures online.

These shoes are super cute and the footbed is very comfortable. I had to go down a size for a better fit.
