I'm not sure what the difference in size is between this style and the other pair of crocs I wear but this style seems to run small. I have wide feet and work two jobs that keep me on my feet all day and crocs have been the most comfortable shoes for me for the last several years. Unfortunately I didn't see the similar style I've worn in my size here. I understand that the pandemic situation is affecting fulfillment of orders, but the delay makes me reluctant to go through the return/exchange process. I live two hours away from the nearest store that carries the styles I want. In store or online, shoe shopping has been costly and time consuming of late. This was disappointing.

They are too large need size smaller!

They were too big. Your site says easy return but, i found that to be false advertisement because so far after several e-mails asking for return labels and calling the contact phone number which no one answered i have not gotton a reply. I really need a refund so i can purchase shoes in a store aftet trying on. Please send a return label please. I need to make the required return date.

Whole size to big.

They were for work and hurt my feet the first day. I won't be able to use them again

Tried them on. Very narrow fit for me. Tried wearing to work. Made it 3-4 hours. My feet were in pain!

I like the shoe but the toe area is way to narrow for my feet, so I can not wear them

I have had this same style twice before. Wore them almost everyday and loved them, but the last pair I ordered were much to large. They fit like a size 9. We don't have a store close so I can't try them on. Disappointed!

I received them and they were too small. I sent them back the next day, December 12, 2019 and ask for one size larger. I haven't received anything - corrected size or money back. I called and a young man told me he would give me my money back, a certificate for 50% off a new order and free shipping. He said the would email me a coupon code and I have not received anything by email nor money back into my checking account. Ugh! I want to be a customer but.......

SO DISAPPOINTED..I had a pair that was similar from a few years ago, so I decided to get another pair to replace them...I tried to wear them and they gave me blisters on my Big Toes and hurt my other toes.The toe box is very small..If you have a narrow foot, these shoes are for you..

I have bought these shoes in the past, did not fit at all this time, first time that I've had to do a return

The Serena shoes I bought in August from Crocs were so fabulous to my feet I did not hesitate to buy these plus a pair of ankle boots. :) Sad to say they must have been made for Crocs by a different vendor because both were too small. :(

Very disappointed. The cutout in the heel offers no support. I have MS and have to have some kind of support. The other crops I have purchased in the past had the support I needed. Why did you change design?

I did not realize there was no refunds for these shoes. I bought the wide but they are narrow. It pinches the side of my toes. Now this is just a loss.

sent them back cause size 7 was too small. Since no 1/2 sizes I then ordered a size 8

I sent them back as they were too big. If there was an option for a 1/2 size below they would have been fine since the size smaller was too small

The exact same style and size as a pair purchased a few weeks earlier, these were shorter and unwearable. That explains why they were on sale.

They weren't tight, the side stood up as I walked, they were comfortable to stand in. they are complete rubber, I wonder if that was the cause of my problem. I wore them for a full week and Thursday the blisters started, by Friday, it felt like the skin on my toe was ripping off it hurt so badly. That was a week ago, I haven't put them back on since school finished Friday and not planning to. Disappointed they didn't work out.

After reading about these it was recommended I size down if I was in between sizes (8.5) I ordered an 8, and they are way to small. One of the shoes is about an inch smaller than the other. It costs almost as much as I paid to return/reorder. Pretty disappointed.

I wear 8 1/2. I purchased a 9. It was WAY too small. Customer service was great and sent me a 10. The 10 was WAY big. The sizing is very off for this shoe which is a shame because it would have been a great flat for work

They look horrible on and size is wonky. Tried to do even exchange at a store where I can try them on and they refused to exchange I had to pay the difference even though I already paid for the shoe online. The company online I waited for customer service representative for over an hour and no one answered the line.
