The shoe at this site isn't true to size. I bought the same shoe at a store and a size 8 fit comfortably. I bought a size 8 from this site and it is much too small. I don't want to send it back and pay for the shipping, so I am going to give them to a friend. I don't understand the difference in sizing!

Not too pleased with this order. Initially I accidentally purchased to size W 9, and realized that I needed a size W 10 immediately after purchasing. I tried to contact customer service and found it very hard to do so. I waited on a phone call for 2 hours with no success. I sent an email and received a message back later in the day. And even try to do an online chat with no success as well. Finally, I was reached out to by a customer service rep via email and they told me they could not change the size on the order even though the order had not been mailed out yet. So I was told to reorder a new order in size W 10. And just return the w9 after receiving it. I did so but after upon reviewing your return policy I notice that I was in charge of having to pay for shipping, that was disappointing because I wasn't notified of this before I ordered the second shipment. And so I have four pairs of shoes at my home now and trying to make the best of the situation to not return I gave away the shoes as gifts but the sizes are not accordingly. Only one of this w 10 fits how it should and the second pair fits extremely tight and awkward. And then one of the pair of shoes in the size 9 W it's almost like its a size 11 and the other shoe fits properly. I don't know how I ended up with 4 different size of shoes but the sizes that are supposed to be are written underneath the shoes are correct. I don't see myself purchasing any more shoes from crocs.com online anymore after this experience.

I purchased 2 pairs of kadee shoes one black and one espresso size w8. The espresso ones fit perfect the black ones are so tight it feels like I need the bigger size up and I just couldn't understand how this was if it was the same shoe made in the same country the only difference was the color. I did email customer service and specified that I do not return anything and they said the only thing I can do was return them in a store location with tags and all, problem is I tried on the brown ones and since I loved the fit I just threw away everything receipts and all! So I guess it's my loss huh? My suggestion is if you order black shoes online here make sure to go a 1/2 size to a whole size up!

I have 3 pairs of Kadee flats in different colors and I love them. All of them are size 9 and fit great and are really comfortable. This pair is also a size 9 but they are way too small. I gave them to my sister because if I return them, they deduct $7.50 from your refund. I will never buy from the Crocs website again. Their sizing is not consistent and you are penalized because of it.

the shoe is too loose and doesn't grip the heel. The sizing is different than other crocs I've had. I wear 7 1/2 shoe and an 8 croc. This 8 was swimming on my foot. I like the color, and I'd get a Hilo if it came in aqua.

I rate this a one. Not because my wife didn't find them comfy, but because I ordered 6 1/2 & I received one 6 & one 6 1/2. Would love if I could get the left 6 1/2 to match the right 6 1/2.

This was going to be my 3rd pair of Kadee unfortunately I had to return them due to an imperfection with the sizing. The left shoe was smaller than the right shoe. Too bad because I liked the color a lot and in addition I ended up lossing $7.50 on a restocking fee though it was not my fault.

The holes across the toes on the platinum Kadees I received were uneven, some large and round and others smaller and tear-drop shaped. The shoes seemed to be stretched out and didn't fit (unlike all my other same size crocs). There were dents and imperfections in the shoes' surfaces. I love crocs for their comfort and ease, and I was very disapointed by the poor quality of these. I sent them back.

While the shoes are very cute, my legs ached the minute I put them on. I had assumed that all crocs footbeds would have the same support, but obviously not, these had no support at all. That said, I was able to return them to a croc store, and with the help of a wonderful salesperson I came home with a different model that feel just fine. In the future I'll return to the crocs store to buy my shoes.

I would give a zero but....I returned every single one to the store since they were from several countries that had different size 10 molds that were larger than a standard size 10. Mexico had three size 10 that fit but the other colors were larger. I finally found those 3 at the store after trying on several size 10 shoes from Mexico. You really need to make all molds standard whether they are made in Vietnam, China, or Mexico. You will loose money on shoes that don't fit true to size. I couldn't use your 10's or 9's, too bad I really liked the shoes and wanted all the colors and I need black so I hope when the stores get them I will find ones that fit which Mexico is close to it sometimes.

Shoe is great, return/exchange policy sucks! To exchange this shoe for a size larger you must pay for their return shipping at approximately $8.50, which they will deduct before crediting your card, and then turn around and force you to reorder it paying another shipping rate. This is outrageous! Don't order from their site unless you are absolutely positive that it will fit!!!

I am a size 7 and have other two different crocs styles size 7, so I ordered these on a size 7. They fit me but they have a very poor fit. The toes area is too small, sort, and narrow. The back is weird and too high. The rubber made my feet sweaty and the combination of poor fit and the rubber rubbing on tight areas gave me blisters on the back and front of my feet. I wore them first time at work but couldn't wear more than a couple of hours and had to buy flip flops to be able to finish my shift and drive home. I'm very disappointed with these shoes.

I bought these for wearing around the house and neighborhood but they were very ugly. :) I'm 5' 4'' and weigh 115, athletic build and they weren't flattering. I thought they would be more delicate than the classics but they weren't. I love my classic crocs and ended up going with the Crocband. I love them!

Crocs site says order a 1/2 size down, so i listened, and low and behold they are TOO SMALL. now I have to pay to ship another pair out to myself, I won't get the sale price I got on these, and the new pair may be too big. Very annoying that the stores don't carry past size 10. Wish I could buy more crocs, but this is too much of a hassle.

I love Crocs. I hate their sizing. It's a real gamble each time I order as to fit. Just received 2 pairs today. One is huge, the other way too tight. Both the same size. The too small ones are the same style I have in the same size in another color. Those fit me fine. Why aren't they using the same molds/lasts for their sizes? Really makes their quality assurance look poor.

Tried on a few pairs in a local store that sells some Crocs. The 9 was too big and the 8 fit fine. The store had only one color in stock so I ordered a size 8 from the Crocs site. When I got my shoes and put them on they were super tight, too tight to walk in. Not sure how to rate this style because they fit fine in the store.

I was looking for a shoe that would be comfortable but supportive. I have plantar fasciitis and the doctor had recommended crocs as a supportive shoe. I was looking forward to having a supportive shoe that was cute! I had bought the Patricia 4 years ago and it was great, very supportive. Then last year I bought another pair of the Patricia and a Patricia 2 neither shoe was as supportive as my original was after 3 years of wear. Crocs had obviously changed their materials between my first and second pair of Patricia's. I thought I would try this shoe as well as 2 others none of the 3 were supportive at all, very disappointing. I won't be trying crocs again.

What a lovely shoe! It would have been perfect, except my toes were squished. I don't know if they would stretch eventually, so returned them.

I was hoping these would look great on and be comfortable, but no luck. If you have a flat foot, there is no support for your arch and the sides expand making your foot look huge and wide. The sole tapers in, which when added with no upper side or arch support equals instability while walking.
