I hate my new sandals - I already wore them more than once and wish I could return them. I owned the original Z-strap Chacos till they fell apart. I always thought the toe loop would improve almost perfect sandals. It literally won't quit shifting on me and and now after a hike in them my muscles under my toes hurt so bad I won't wear them ever again. Please let me return these used sandals

The dot pattern on footbed digs into your feet after a couple hours of wear. Awful design.

The length of the sole was correct, however the heel straps are too long. No matter how much I tighten all the other straps, the strap around the heel was loose. I had to return them.

I ordered the 8 wides based on reviews. There was no way my feet were going in. I don’t really think of my feet as very wide, so I’m perplexed why these are so far off the mark. Disappointed!

Unfortunately these shoes seems to run really small. I think I will love them if I can find the right size. I’ll try the next size up and see how it goes.

I really wanted to love these shoes for my upcoming trip to Europe, but the straps would not stay in place. After adjusting them correctly, they would always tighten around my toe and loosen around the ankle.

The way the straps strangle my toe is horrible. I walk for ten feet and my big toes start to turn color ...

These are so complicated to get on my foot that I gave up in disgust.

This was my first pair of Chacos. I had to return them. I am a waterpark lifeguard, sometimes on a stand, sometimes in the pool. After my very first wearing the outer sole on the heel separated. The toe strap was also tight no matter how much I adjusted.
