Great shoe! My fourth pair of Chacos, but my first pair with the new Cloud sole. LOVE THESE SHOES. So comfortable!

Awesome fit! I personally like them better than the ZX2 as you don’t have the big toe strap to deal with which makes them more comfortable.

this is my second pair of chacos and I absolutely love them! great for the beach, lake, river, short hikes, everything you can imagine! If you’re a half size (ex. 9.5) I recommend ordering a size down for the best fit! Love how comfortable and fashionable they are!

I bought these for vacation. They are great to wear in water parks and I even walked around a theme park all day long. Very comfortable. And they can be adjusted for a custom fit.

I normally wear an 11 but know with Chaco I need a 12. 12's were perfect and fit just like every other pair of Chaco 12's I own. I did think they were a bit lighter in weight - must have ordered a different style than usual - it also had a colorful sole. Not that I minded, but I didn't catch it when ordering.

This style is so much more comfortable for me than the Chaco style with the toe strap. They are easier to adjust as well.

They look cute! My first pair of chacos. I just had to figure out how to adjust the straps the way I like . And so now I just slide off the heel strap so I don’t have to keep readjusting every time .

There is no other sandal like Chacos. If you want great support and comfort, these are it. I especially appreciate the "cloud" line that came out because it adds just the right amount of cushioning. If you are over 50, you'll be grateful for it! The X style is a little dressier than the regular so you can wear it anytime, not just for casual wear.

I love my Chacos. The arch support is excellent. I can spend all day on my feet with no pain.

I take size 7 normally but size 6 in Chaco shoes fit better. I love the color and these will be my dress sandals. If you are looking for better arch support I recommend the Mega Z cloud, but these look prettier forspecial summer occasions.

Love these shoes. Such a pretty color and so comfortable. I can wear them all day long with no problem.

As soon as I put these on they felt like a cloud. SO comfortable! Highly recommended!!

Wow! I have a skinny size 9 foot, and the medium width size 9 fits perfectly. I ordered solid black because I wanted a modern feel and they are exactly as I expected. The straps are easy to adjust, they glide through the bottom of the sandal, I feel like Chaco has improved that aspect (my last pair were so difficult to adjust I ended up ripping the rubber). The cloud footbed is soft, without having too much cushion. I am curious to see how to bottoms hold up since they aren’t labeled as Vibram soles, but for now, they are amazing!

I purchased a size 7=wide (I have Flintstone feet, wide as they are long) My feet swell in the afternoons and that's when I received the sandals so I put them on and walked around the house for a couple hours. They fit fine and my arch felt great. The only draw back I see is the buckle sits on top of my foot, not at the side like other sandals. Other than that, I like them.

I wear a women’s 7 wide, but after reading some reviews, I had initially tried to order a child’s size 6. Those chacos were too big. But they have a great return policy, so before I returned them, I ordered a child’s 5, to compare the two. The 5’s got much better, but they were a little barrow and I was nervous about the rubbing. I went to a loaf shoe to finally try some one, and I decided that for me, I definitely needed a Women’s 7 Wide. The pair I wanted was sold out on the Chacos website, but Zappos still had 2 left! I went ahead and ordered these , and then called to find out more details on returning my first two pairs. It was so easy!! Our nearest UPS shipping location is 45 mins away, so they gave me labels for our post office. I got them shipped back with no fees, and am now enjoying the right sized Chacos for me!

The fit and size were as expected. This is my second pair of Chaco sandals and I wanted a pattern or color that would blend with more of my clothes. They offer excellent arch support. I have had plantar fasciitis and need the extra arch support. Since I have been wearing Merrells and Chacos, that is no longer a problem.

I have a high arch and these very good support. The straps adjusted themselves nicely to fit the problem areas of my feet. If you have trouble finding comfortable shoes, these are worth trying out. I like the appearance of the wo narrow straps, I would have liked more color choices. When I ordered the only choice was the gray (echo Paloma). However it is a nice neutral color an should look ok with just about anything.

This is an outstanding sandal! Having admired the style on a friend's foot, I ordered a pair for myself. The arch support is excellent and the cushioning is as well. I give 2 - 2 1/2 hour walking tours and usually end with a bit of lower back pain. My first tour in these sandals was pain-free.

Absolutely, unquestionably, the best sandals I have ever owned! I have picky feet. I have tried so many different sandals (expensive ones!), and they all end up going back...until now. These are amazingly comfortable, right out of the box. That never happens for me. I love that I can adjust them, and I love that they can get wet. Chacos fan for life, right here.

Great sandal! The straps are all very customizable to your foot, so be sure the play around with them until you find your perfect fit! Great tread, dry quickly!

I am a 7.5 in shoes and sandals and the 7 fits great! I ordered the toe loop ones first then exchanged for these!

I absolutely love my Chacos. I wore them to an amusement/water park and they were perfect. I wore them in and out of the water with no problems. I wear a solid size 8 normally, but I ordered a 7 in these and they fit perfectly.

This is my third pair of Chaco’s but my first pair with the cloud innersoles. What a great improvement! So comfortable. I even wore them all day at the water park. Cute all-around summer shoe.

Overall, these are super awesome sandals with incredible support. My flip flop days have been over for awhile, and Chacos were recommended by several friends. I knew to order one size down (an 8 when I am normally a 9) and was pleased with the fit. The arch support is dramatic and took some getting used to (a couple days of normal wearing), but after about a week I was able to walk and bike in them all over Mackinac Island with no discomfort. I have incredibly high arches and very narrow feet, and these are perfect for me. The tightening took some experimentation, so be patient. The weight of the shoes takes some getting used to if you’ve only ever worn light sandals. I intentionally didn’t choose the toe loop design and feel like this model is super secure. I’m very happy with my investment in my feet and comfort!

I wanted so much to wear these today. My instep is just too high for this sandal.
