The diagonal strap was too "arched" and there was a large gap between it and my food, with no way to adjust it.

This is such a cute style, I really wish they fit! However, the instep strap is non adjustable. Also, I’m here for the Birkoflor - but it’s kinda scratchy these days. Last - seems the regular width is being made narrower. My old Birks are 41 Reg. The 42 reg here are narrower toward back half of foot. Sadly returning.

The fit was good, but the footbed is not comfortable at all. I w0ll be returning them.

I was wearing them in the house with really thin socks for about 2 hours long, and my heel started in pain. I needed to take them off. It might be nice shoes for people who has no problem with hard sole around heels but nor for people who has heel problem (like plantar fasciitis ). I love the style and Birko-Flor upper. Felt soft enough but not too soft and not too hard like new leather.

THese are nice sandals, but the cross strap is to tight for my foot. I returned them.

Birks must be changing their sizing since these new Salina are too big/long compared to the old ones I've had.

This is the first time I have purchased the narrow width and it made a difference for me. My toes couldn't spread properly in the footbed and I don't have wide feet.

I wanted to love these but the Birkiflor kind of ruins the whole thing. Should come in leather.

Not sure why a Narrow width is described as accommodating a medium width. They are too narrow. Regular size should be considered medium.

Two of the straps are adjustable but the third one is not therefore it flops out and doesn’t work right and has no purpose.

The middle strap is much too high

This Birk was too wide, even at the last adjustment. The middle cross strap poked up when the other buckles were tightened. Also, the raised area under the toes was actually painful. I bought and kept the Yao model which are great for my feet.

They fit fine , but they are just weird. I have other Birkenstock's so it is not that. Silver didn't look right and there is that extra strap in the middle that doesn't do anything, doesn't even fit snugly. I plan to return.

The sandals fit true to size. However, one strap rubbed my bunion on one foot, sadly I had to return the shoes. Because the straps are not leather, there was no give and they hurt my bunions immediately.

I'm a long standing Birkenstock customer and I ordered these because the style was so much prettier than my usual Birks. They don't compare in the comfort department so I'm returning them.

I'm not a fan of the hard bed Birkenstock. I love the look of Birkenstock but terribly uncomfortable foot bed.

I wouldn’t consider my feet to be wide enough for the regular Birks, but they are just about on the cusp of being too wide for the narrows. I think everything will pan out once they mold to my feet, but if your feet are even slightly wide, go for the regular/wide width. Material is comfy and I’ve had no rubbing or anything. I do suggest going to a dealer and trying sizes on first, though. I probably would have sized down if I didn’t know beforehand. Also just a heads up the upper on these is not leather. I liked the style enough to sacrifice that perk.

Over all I like the look. I am having to return this pair for a larger size. This footbed is smaller than past and current size 37 Birkenstocks I have owned.

a bit of a wierd fit.could not get straps to work right.

Ordered for a gift and she has always been 38 and these were way too big. Ordered a 37 and still too big, middle strap also loose and sticks up with no way to tighten. I'm trying one more time with a 36. She loves the style and I really hope this time it works.

I wanted to love these but, they won't work. I have a wide foot and the middle strap does not adjust and it's way too tight. I read online that birk flor does not stretch, so back they go. What a bummer.... Besides that, the buckles are plastic, I don't mind paying more for real learher and metal buckles.

The arch was too stiff and high for my flat feet

I had been warned that "they don't make them like they used to" and boy, were they ever right. Several months of wearing these and they still just have not broken in yet. The arch support is strong, but the leather is not forming to my feet over time at all, and the footbed is rubbing up against my small toes in very uncomfortable ways. My feet have not changed in any significant way since I last bought a pair of these, so I can only ascertain that I either got a bum pair or my friends who warned me were right.

I always wear a size 38 in Birkenstocks, but for some reason I was swimming in this pair. Had to return them.
