Bought for my wife for Christmas, opened them on xmas day too small........called on 12/25 and someone answered the phone...im impressed! Exchanged for a larger size, was arrived in 3 days. AA++ Zappos! Wife says they are most comfortable boot she has ever worn.Can wear all day no problem, quality construction. Love them.

I've now worn these booties 4-5 times and love them. They're comfortable and fit me well even with a wider foot. I usually try and buy wide foot if available, but these fit well with a normal width. I can wear them all day with normal walking and not be in pain (unusual for me!)

Love these boots! And can't believe they're Toms. When I first put them on, I thought they'd be too tight on the pinkie toes, and I don't have wide feet. But after wearing them for a few minutes around the house halfway zipped, they fit like a glove. They are unbelievablely comfortable after a full day at work. True to size. I get multiple compliments any time I wear these.

I have several other Toms boots in a size 11. These fit much tighter than the others. Have to return.

This was a Christmas present for my DIL, she loved them! Immediately or then on, said they fit perfectly. She wore them the rest of the day and commented several times how comfortable they were.

I bought these in grey suede and this is everything I'd been looking for in a pair of booties - comfort, style, and good price. Wore it for the first time on a normal work day. Note, I walk from home to car, car to office, and around the office. These were comfortable to walk in all day and I feet were fine at the end of the day. For the price, this is a great pair of booties to have. Highly recommend it!

This is the best bootie ever. I was tired of suede, which can get dirty and look old after awhile, regardless of a protectant. This black leather is soft and pretty. The heel height is perfect, and absolutely comfortable. I like the tassel on the zipper for some added flair, and the brown wooden stacked heel makes the bootie more interesting than a black heel would have. This shoe looks great dressed up or down- I've worn them with dresses and cuffed jeans. One of my best purchases in a long time, I highly recommend them. True to size.

These were perfect booties! I have been looking for a pair that I can dress up or wear casual with jeans, and these fit the bill.

These are so soft and absolutely gorgeous boots. I think they run small though and are not wide enough for my feet. Maybe I am not used to heels, but the heel felt very hard/stiff, like wood.

I've had these for a couple weeks and love them. They are very cute and also are comfortable. I'm 5'10" so the heel height is perfect - it looks good but isn't too much.

I love these booties! I got them in brown and black. I have had such good luck with Toms shoes. These are stylish and comfortable, always a good combination! They're very versatile. I have dressed them up and down. I have gotten many compliments on them.

Love them! This is my second pair and I get a lot of compliments on them.

This was my second pair of Leila booties. They are so incredibly comfortable... I've worn them with no show socks and even without socks. I've received several compliments on the color and the leather is great quality. I am a bit nervous about the tassel pull that it isn't very sturdy but it's having in there thus far.

I haven't worn these a lot yet...they came about a week ago and we've had messy weather since then so I'm holding them for a bit. HOWEVER, that said, when I wore them around the house they were unbelievably comfortable...like slippers. Couldn't believe it. So cute too! Love them! I hope they wear as good as they look and feel.

These looked exactly like the picture which is just what I wanted. They were really comfortable like all Toms are. I wear a 7 in regular classic Toms, but got these in a 7.5, which is what I tend to wear in boots anyway. My only complaint was that the bottoms were a little slippery, but that's something this will pass in time!

I own this boot in a different material (suede and felt/two-tone) and love them. This is a comfortable boot but I returned the ll black pair because there just wasn't anything special about them. Love my two-tone pair and get tons of compliments on them!
