This was super cute, but just not enough support for me. The heel was high enough to emphasize the lack of cushion at the ball of the foot. The toe box was nice and roomy, though. An improved foot bed would have helped this shoe.

This shoe is very cute and stylish, goes with everything! Although the shoe is very uncomfortable after 2 hrs of wear.

I love the style of this bootie, however, it is not comfortable. It is my first TOM'S purchase. I wear 8.5-9 typically, ordered the 9 and my feet are aching. They fit narrow and short in the toe box. I wish they were a half-inch shorter in heel height as well. I am hopeful the suede will stretch some and will try with a thinner ankle sock or sock-less so that I can get lots of use out of them. I was really excited to replace flats with a cute & stylish bootie this year.

I wanted to LOVE these boots. Love the color & style. They were also wide enough in the toe for me BUT the material they used on the inside of the shoe rubbed on my ankles and was super uncomfortable. Since I plan to wear these with no-show socks, they won't work without cutting my skin.

Loved the stye and everything about the shoe. Its cute dressed up or down and i love how it looks with jeans. I had to return it because, my fat little size 5 feet couldnt be in them comfortably. Wish there was a wide option, but until then just have to look for another shoe with similar style

These are comfortable, and cute but they made an irritating squeaky noise when walking on wood floors and tiles. I did not get to try them outside so I am not sure if it would be the same on pavement. They are going back.

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations for these Toms black herringbone wedges. I ordered the medium width and it was a lot wider than the norm. I thought that the boots were poorly made as well, which may have been a reflection of the type of fabric they are constructed. The seams were loose and the fabric itself was nearly frayed where sewn. These boots also did not not have much padding at the ball of my foot, which would have led to sore feet by the end of the day. They went back and I chose the Dr. Scholl's Dakota's instead. I will write a separate review for the Dakotas.

These are quite possibly the most uncomfortable shoes that I have tried in a long time. I usually wear Dansko or Frye, but thought that I would give these a try because they are so darn cute. There is no arch support. Also, the lacing starts midway up the foot, and I have a low instep, so it was impossible for me to get the shoe snug enough to keep my foot from sliding forward. I wear a 39 in Dankso and 8 in Frye, 8½ in athletic shoes. I ordered the 8½ and that was the right size.

Just got these and really love them - but why does no one mention (even the video!!) that they have full length laces in/on them. What do you do with the laces? Looks stupid tied, I like them tucked, but they are totally in the way...any advice?

Very stiff and hard to walk in. Right shoe was noticeably shorter than the left. Cute shoes but can't wear them.

These are super cute and very comfortable. They just ran a little short. I am a solid 6½ and definitely need the 7.

These shoes are stylish and adorable, but they hurt the hell out of my feet. Bought my true size but they felt tight. Wear them out to dinner, at work if you sit a lot, or out at a movie but I don't recommend donning these booties when walking or standing for long periods.

I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately will be returning due to the fact that they were just a bit too tight across the top of my right foot (the one that has had surgery). Other than that, these were super cute and the first booties that I have tried that didn't hurt my feet. I love Zappos free shipping both ways, so I will continue my hunt for the perfect fall bootie!

I love the look of these but because of a bunion I cannot say they are the most comfortable. I will not be wearing them to work again but I will wear them out! After wearing them two times they loosened so do not be too concerned about tightness.

I read the reviews and thought I had the perfect shoe. Nope. The arch felt like it was in the wrong place on my foot. Plus, the shoe felt a 1/2 size too small. I returned them. They were sooo cute too!! ??

i purchased the chocolate brown suede with shearling and then returned them. Right out of the box, the wedges looked super cute. They were comfy and fit true to size but the added shearling made my feet look much bigger..like they were swollen and thus the cute factor was gone. I have other toms wedges and dig them so this is just a factor with this style.

They look really pretty in the photo but in person, in a 9.5, they looked huge and clunky on me. Not very comfortable either, and runs a bit small. Returned.

I found this shoe to be really uncomfortable even for a moment. It had to go back! It was narrow in the toe box and too wide in the heel.

Cute shoes, stylish, looks great with jeans and leggings. Not very comfortable. They are okay to wear for an evening out, but I would not wear them to work, or if I were going to be on my feet a lot. The balls of my feet hurt after wearing these for a few hours. I got some insoles for them, so maybe that will help. TOMS flats are comfortable on me, but not these.

Very cute but not at all comfortable. Disappointed! My first experience ordering TOM'S and may be my last.

These are shockingly uncomfortable. Just trying them on in the house shocked me as my feet hurt immediately. The gold is fun but not worth the hurt.

Such a cute and stylish shoe, but I have a high arch and the shoe was very uncomfortable across the top of my foot.

I’m not a wide width. I’ve always been normal, possibly a little on the wider side, but I’ve never had problems with fit. I have had shoes in this stle before (different brand) but these... I couldn’t even get my foot in them. I waited a couple of days to try again, and still impossible to get into. Such pain. Am returning.
