I was a little hesitant to order the gunmetal, but they were even nicer in real life. Only problem was they were way too small, so alas, had to send them back. I have high arches, and I thought the lace up would work, but not in this case. Was so far off that I didn't want to risk going up a size. Otherwise they were super cute, and I would have loved to keep them.

These are so stylish. Looks great with skinny jeans. Not as comfortable as the classic TOMS, but they aren't uncomfortable either. I was bummed about the price. 1 week after I bought these from Zappos, Zulily had then for less.

Love these! Alas, must return as the fit is just not right. I bought a half size down due to my very narrow feet, but they just aren't comfortable. The flats are fine, but the wedge seems to make the toe box smaller.

Cute & trendy, but unfortunately the heel is very stiff and caused blisters after only a few minutes.

I was so excited to get these. But super disappointed when I put them on. The seam cuts right over my arch and is way too tight. Because of the seam there isn't even room for it to stretch. If you have narrow feet or low/no arches, these will probably fit fine.

The shoes were great, but when I received them I noticed that it has a shiny metallic fabric woven into the which you can't tell from the picture on the website -- just FYI for everyone.

I ordered these in the metallic gold color and they looked great out of the box. I ordered my normal 7.5 and they fit well, except for the arch - I have a pretty high instep, and the arch cut off circulation within 5 minutes of my walking through the house. The back where the ankle comes up rubbed a little bit, but not awful. I think these would work for someone with a lower arches/instep. They're pretty stable feeling and were cute with my black faux suede jeggings.

Love the boots so much that I got them in two colors but I ordered a 8.5 first (my usual size) they were too small, toes touched the end of boot and my instep was very tight in the boot. Sent them back and ordered a 9. When I got the 9 it was the same as the 8.5. Toes still touching and too tight in instep area. Unfortunately I am sending both pairs of boots back and going to another brand to see if they can fit me.

I loved these so much and was so sad to return them. They were so cute and fit well, but I felt WAY to wobbly in them. I started walking and within a few steps I was already rolling my ankle, and for someone who needs support for just such a thing, these shoes were just way too dangerous for me. Granted, I don't wear heels often (anymore) and also granted, I had recently injured my ankle so I was a little more cautious about it, but still, the wedge was just a bit too narrow. Usually wedges make me feel more supported and secure. These felt a lot less so. *sigh* Back they go...

I wear a 7 in my other Tom's shoes so I didn't think there would be a problem. Boy was I wrong. These babies were a full size too big. I should have ordered a size 6 for my 6 1/2-7 feet. I ordered the cheetah and found that I really wasn't impressed with the color/print at all. They are going back and my search will continue.

I'm a solid 7.5 and read these run true to size, and had confirmation from a friend who has a few colors of these booties, however the sole is not in the correct placement for my arch and heel. I don't have high arches either- just don't fit right, although length was good.

Both the 7 and 7.5 were too narrow for me. I always wear a size 7 and this one felt like I'd put on a 6.5. The 7.5 was also very uncomfortable. I'm so disappointed. I was hoping to find a cute pair for a conference I'm going to. These are definitely not coming with.

These shoes are cute but it might just be me- when I tried the shoes on, looking down and my feet it looks like the shoes could be on the wrong foot. It's like your not sure which is the right or left. I know it sounds strange but the footbed is straight not really curved right or left. I'm going to return them. :(

My shoes arrived bent amd scuffed up. The material appears a bit different than pictured. Not happy about the condition, they look used. Smaller than expected.

Toe is a little more rounded than I expected. Still a keeper.

Loved the look of the shoe but it hits right at your ankle. The rim of the shoe is hard and digs into the ankle area when walking. I wouldn't recommend - having to return.

I can't believe these shoes are rated so high. I ordered a size 9 and could barely even get them on. Very uncomfortable. Cute, but they gotta go back.

Really wanted to love these. Very comfortable on my foot but found them to be inflexible at the top and uncomfortable at the top of the ankle. Sadly they have to go back.

I really wanted to like these boots--so cute! They hurt my toes and my arches, though, so I can't wear them. (I have a wide toe box and a high arch.)

These boots have a great style but man are they uncomfortable. The sole is so hard and has no cushioning. The fleece lining is nice but I just cant see myself wearing them for more than 10 minutes.

Sizing is inconsistent. I exchanged a shoe for different color. Both were the same size. First fit, and second did not.

Really cute, but I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and this shoe in 8.5 is big enough that I either need to wear bulky socks or try a size down. I have high arches, so they fit a bit tight across the top of my food, but I think it's close enough that I will be able to wear them in.

Thought these were super cute from the picture, but looked awkward on my feet. Had to return them.

I ordered these in a 9.5 and 10. The 9.5 was slight too short for me and the 10 didn't seem quite wide enough for my slightly wider feet and my heel slid out a bit. The ankle also seemed to come up higher on the 10s than the 9.5s. Unfortunately, they're going back.
