Bought these Toms for my Mom for her birthday. They're her first pair and she loved them! The fleece lining is great! She wore them to work and said they were super comfortable. I'll have to order her a pair next season.

I've finally broken down after all these years and ordered my first pair of Toms! They are very comfortable, even though they aren't the most attractive. But the pattern on these makes them really cute- the picture doesn't really do them justice!

I liked these but they really make my feet hot.

These are mostly great shoes. They're narrow and don't have much arch support. They are hard to clean once they get unwhite. But they're adorable and I've gotten tons of complements on them, pretty happy with them overall and can bear them if I don't wear them for too long or wear them when I;ll have to walk a lot. They come with an insole that I didn't expect which makes the shoe considerably smaller.

These are the cutest shoes. Ordered an 11 which was fine, but they are very, very narrow. I'm hopeful that they will stretch some. Otherwise very comfy. Giving them 4 stars because these are abnormally narrow

I've owned 3 pairs of classic Toms alpargatas and they seem to vary in size. My other 2 pairs of Toms are size 6.5, and fit loose right out of the box. I ordered these in "Natural Metallic Burlap" in size 6.5 and they were so tight across the top that I felt like my circulation was being cut off. Thankfully, Zappos has a great exchange policy and I was able to exchange them for a 7. It took a few days for the size 7s to break in and feel comfortable. I do love the color of these new Toms though! They have subtle sparkles on them, which makes them a little bit dressier. The neutral color goes well with most of my summer outfits too.

I've always wanted to try a pair of Toms. I like the message it portrays and the shoes look cute. I bought these a 1/2 size down after reading multiple reviews. I just felt like they were too snug and weren't a great match for my feet. The shoes however, are very cute.

I bought a pair of Toms shoes last summer, same style and they fit perfectly. These shoes are just ever-so-slightly smaller. I can see it when I hold them up to each other, sole to sole. And the result is that my toes feel a bit cramped. I will wear them in the hopes that they will stretch and loosen up enough, but they don't have the same comfort that the pair from last year had instantly.

The new insole is not as comfy as the original. The new outsole is more sturdy but slippery on the bottom in the beginning. I really didn't like the new fit at all, it bothered my arch. :(

Returned these shoes ... TOMS means it when they say they don't come in wide widths. I think they're probably great for people with normal feet. Wide and flat feet, not so much - I could feel the side of my foot hanging off the sole. Bummer.

I originally bought these shoes from Nordstrom and returned them because the top part of the shoe was so tight, that it would press down on top part of my foot and leave a mark. I decided to try buying them again but unfortunately, it is still a little tight on the top part of my foot. However, I have been looking for comfortable and stylish flats with a cushiony sole and this is the best that I can find. The shoes are really cute and as long as I am wearing them for short periods of time, I am fine. My feet are on the narrow side so if you have wider feet, these shoes may not work.

Toms are typically very comfortable. These are no different. I am a 9.5M and they are true to size. This particular pair have one spot that rub on the top of my foot but I've never had that happen before with Toms.

These are the first pair of Toms that I have purchased. I really like the fabric and how they have a bit of a metallic shimmer. The color goes with everything. My only "complaint" would be that they are a bit wide. I have pretty narrow feet and while these don't completely slip off of my feet, I'm a bit nervous that they will stretch out too much the longer I wear them. I bought a size 7.5, which is my normal size, but I think I could have worn a 7.

I purchased these Toms in the black suede/rope. I found I needed to go up 1/2 a size because they are a little stiffer than the canvas classics. They are beautiful. A nice change from the canvas and the rope bottom makes them very different looking. Can be a little dressier but still very casual. They aren't quite as comfortable as the canvas but I'm happy I got them.

Shoes are very comfortable, a little warmer than other canvas shoes (felt in walls of shoe), just getting this shoe gives another pair to someone else makes it worth buying!

I'm liking these Toms. They were a bit lose but I made some adjustments and the fit is good now. Like that they are lined and a wool fabric so I can wear them during our cold winters. I have several Toms and have had problems with size on different pairs. It's like I'm between sizes.

Since I'm at the elder age where I must have flat comfortable shoes, even when I go to parties and concerts, I was thrilled to find a sparkly black sequin Toms flat while shopping on a vacation. When I saw the silver version in a Zappos email, I immediately ordered it because I knew if would fit well and be comfortable. However, what I have been really pining for several years is a sparkly red version.
