So uncomfortable! I’ve owned a million Toms…I don’t know if they changed something or it was just this pair, but they were terrible. Couldn’t even try ‘em around the house for five minutes.

The wrong size was sent (12 instead of 5.5)

The last time I bought a pair of Toms that worked for me was in 2017. I tried a new pair in 2019, but the shoes I gave a try was much wider than the previous versions. I thought that perhaps it was a glitch. Now, in May 2021, I decided to buy another pair. It turns out the problem continues and they have permanently changed the design. The Toms I got 4 years ago still fit so much better than the current versions. I wear 7.5 in Toms and length wise they are -almost- the same, perhaps a bit larger, but the real problem is the width: the shoes are so wide now they slip off my feet. And I know that they will only get looser. The stitching is much more coarse too. Unfortunately, unless they goes back to the old measurements and quality, I will not be buying Toms.

I've had TOMs shoes in the past and they lasted a long time. This pair lasted only a few months of very normal wear, developing tear holes on the outside edges, even though the size was fine. Very cheap materials and construction for both uppers and soles. Will not every buy again...

Terrible shoe. Too loose and doesn’t fit my narrow feet.

I love Tom's shoes. However, these are advertised as WOMEN'S sized Toms, the box said WMN size 5 and 22 cm, but they were gigantic! And when I looked inside the shoes, the tag said Y 5 (youth), which equivalent to a Women's size 6 1/2 or 7 and about 26 cm. So the wrong shoes were packaged in the box.This was a TOM's mistake I believe, not Zappos! Having to send back.

I was very much looking forward to my first pair of TOMS, only to be disappointed with how small they are. I don't consider myself to have the widest feet, but they are slightly wide. I could barely get these shoes on my feet and when I did, after having them on for only a few minutes, I started to lose feeling in my toes. I took them on and off again a few times, because I've been told they stretch, but these just were not comfortable at all. So tight, I felt that they would eventually rip, and it ruined the purpose of me wanting shoes I could just slide on. I even tried on a pair of my sister's half size larger and extremely stretched out and could just barely get my foot in. Disappointed because I really wanted a pair.

Runs terribly narrow. Not exaggerating. Quality was ok, but I could tell these would not last long even if they would fit. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these to anyone. Same with the Toms Alpargata.

These shoes are honestly so small. I have bought two pairs now and they're way too small. I went a half air down after reading reviews and I could not get my foot into the shoe. So I got my regular size (7.5), which I almost never veer from, and I can't even tell a difference between these and the size 7. I'm gonna have to go to a store and try some on because I don't think going even another half size up will be enough.

So, I lost my standard black TOMS and decided it was time for a new pair anyway. I'm not sure what happened, but I bought the same model, size, and color as I have in the past (the last time I bought them was about 18 months ago). I could NOT get my (admittedly wide) foot into them! TOMS must have changed their sizing or started skimping on fabric. VERY disappointing. The problem is that the next size up was just longer, not wider. I have always liked TOMS because even though they don't come in wide, they typically stretch to my needs within the first day of wearing them. Like I said, I couldn't even get my foot into these in order for that to happen. Luckily, I found my old TOMS under the seat in my car.

Could not fit shoes was not wide enough

Toms classic canvas slip ons are very cute and the one for one is a great cause. The only thing is that the shoes are made cheap and the do not last. The soles wear out before the canvas shoe itself. Also I have ordered many Toms for myself and daughter and I’m not happy how the back of the shoe starts to split after wearing them. For the price around $50 a pair they should last longer and should be made better. I have moved away from buying and replacing Toms. They are not worth the price.

I feel like these are not real Toms. I have a pair from a few years ago, and the insole was never able to come out. When I looked at these the insoles can be completely removed. Unless toms changed how they are made, they don’t seem real to me.

the picture on the website makes the color of these shoes look red and gray. They are NOT red... they are PINK!!!
