I got the white ones but looks like they are now sold out of that color....I wear converse all the time in a size 7 womens, these were my first Chuck Taylor II hightop and I had to go up to a size 8 womens.

Great shoes, excellent service and excellent price through zappos. Warning, converse always runs small. My normal size is 9, bought these in 8.5 and they fit correctly.

Bought these for my 15 year old daughter. She loves them! I got them in the 8 1/2, she normally wears a 9 but they fit her perfectly. So if wondering these may run slightly bigger than your normal size. White goes with all her outfits. They are her "go to" shoe!!! Highly recommended!!

Very comfortable and true to size. If you on the fence about trying them, don't hesitate. The extra cushioning and stronger material of other chucks makes these a great buy. I got them at a great price. Would buy again at this price but at regular price really not worth it

These shoes are pretty comfortable, definitely feel a difference between these and the originals. I feel like l could wear these all day. I don't know why but for me, it would have been a better fit to get half a size bigger. In converse I am usually a size smaller but with these l would have needed half a size bigger for a perfect fit. My only complaint is that hey don't have the black line across the whole shoe like the originals do and l know they did it so you can tell that it is the "2's" but I think the black line makes them look better.

Really comfortable shoe but it is narrow around toes. Should order 1/2 bigger than your normal size.

I love these shoes. The first time I put them on I felt like I was walking on clouds. The color was so fresh & white. They fit accurately, they are comfortable & true to size.

Great shoe and great service. I am a huge fan of the aesthetics of the original Chuck Taylors and glad they didn't change the shoe's design all that much. The black and white colorway is super clean and simple and goes with pretty much everything. The premium canvas upper is nice and the micro-suede lining is cushioning. The big seller with this shoe is the Nike Lunarlon insole which performs fantastically. I'm also hoping they upgraded the rubber used on the midsole and outsole. I have a pair of Nike Stefan Janoski's that have lasted 3 years with hardly any fading at all on the outsole. My old Chucks lasted a year before starting to wear there. These Chuck 2's do feel more premium so hopefully they'll last. Anyways, you can't go wrong with it. I went with a 10.5 after seeing that the 11 felt too long in the tie box and too spacious in my heel. My normal size is 11 but I have slightly wide feet so I often go up to an 11.5 like with my Vans and Nike. I usually go down half a size in Converse but I heard that I should go true to size, which didn't work out but could have still worn an 11 is I had to. For me, the Chuck Taylor 2's sizing is still pretty the same as the originals. I compared my old Chucks to my new ones and the length and width was pretty much the same, and the old ones were worn in but there was actually a little bit more length on the Chuck 2's. I'd recommend going down half to a full size, or maybe or order both and plan on returning one. The free shipping both ways with Zappos is quick and easy so why not order two at the same time? All in all, happy with the purchase and the service, as always.

Great sneakers, very comfy and looks awesome. Problem is i ordered 11.5 for men and Zappos live chat told me that 11.5 was 28.8 CM in length but the 11.5 arrived and its 30CM. So its a full size larger then what i ordered. Please fix this.

Love these! I own at least 13 pairs of Chucks All Star and now 4 of the Chuck II.

A much more comfortable shoe than all my previous chucks. The shoe itself is better made and a lot sturdier. I especially like that I don't have to put an after market insole in just to wear, which I always had to do with previous versions. Also very much enjoy the simple tongue straps. Seems like those were always a disaster before this shoe. Good job Nike this is a noticeable upgrade.

This is an excellent alternative to "lift shoes" as it provides flat surface. It's pretty comfortable wearing them

I absolutely love the way the Chuck II's look. They retain a classic Chuck Taylor look with a simple twist. I could wear these shoes all day because of their comfort. They feel true to size and don't squeeze my feet or feel too loose. These shoes are the perfect combination of style and comfort. Any fan of the original Chuck Taylor's and even those new to Converse will not be disappointed with the Chuck II's.

My husband is picky about shoes. He liked his original Chucks, but hated how they had no support. He was excited to try the All Star IIs & is a fan. He said he also appreciated how there appears to be a bit of elastic on the inside to help keep the shoe tongue in place & not slide around.

After reading previous reviews about how these were great for people with "old" joints who still wanted to wear Chuck Taylors, I almost didn't order them for my 21 year old son. I thought he might rebel against anything but the Classics, but he wanted a burgundy pair so I gave these a try. The problem is that I cannot get him to take them off. He loves them, and while he never complained about a lack of support, he really loves the additional support. These are way nicer looking out of the box than they are in the photos. In the photos, the white sidewalls and toe cap without the signature stripe look glaring. But in the actual shoe it's not that bad and the canvas is a nicer grade than what I'm used to seeing in the average Chucks. I DO have old joints, so after seeing these in person, I may just have to order a pair for myself!
