The ankle strap in the back was too loose. I downsized, and had the same problem, even though the length was fine. Cute shoe, but no way to tighten the ankle strap.

Loved this shoe! Unfortunately, the straps are way too large on the instep and on the heel. The color is a very pretty copper on grey and I could have used it with several summer outfits. Very disappointing...must return, as this shoe, like most sandals, don't come in Narrow.

The footbed is fine however, the strap across the top of my foot is a half inch longer then my previous 3 pairs. This makes the shoe feel sloppy and not as comfortable. I am sorry to note this change since they are my go to shoe for summer.

The elastic is way to loose on my foot/ankle. Not for me.

These are cute, but I had to return due to performance. After just 2 days of wearing, the elastic across the top had stretched so much it didn't keep my foot on the footbed when walking on any surface even a little bit uneven. That can be dangerous. They run large. I am usually an 8 - 8.5. The 38 fit.

This shoe is certainly not a 4-4.5. I am a true size 5 and I can usually wear a euro 35. The sizing listed on this shoe is 4-4.5 but it is more like a size 6. The straps are too long and do not hug your foot. The sizing is just all wrong. For reference I am 5'1" tall and weigh 105 pounds, my foot is a medium width. I can wear a 5.0 in Cole Haan shoes, Soludos, Sam Edelman, and Kate Spade.

I purchased these last year and they were fantastic. Now both the elastic and leather straps are totally stretched out. I have tried many different pair and they all fit the same way- so disappointed. Ecco must have made the straps much looser and they no longer fit a narrower foot. The entire shoe is narrow so this makes no sense. Have to return.

Loved the look of the shoe and soft footbed, but the foot strap does not go over the widest part of the foot. Love ECCO and have many pair...disappointed these didn't fit.

These were very cute shoes and I really liked the look, but I will have to return them. The straps are not adjustable and they were too big for my foot. A smaller size would have made the shoe short. I was really disappointed.

Read the other reviews! Everyone keeps giving this 5 stars but if you read the comments I had the same problem as everyone else. The shoe does run a size big, but I ordered a 4 (I am usually 5) and the length was fine. The big problem is the huge straps. They are so enormous i had to return them. The shoe just won't stay on. Unless you have very big feet (as in width or height not length) these shoes will not fit you. Disappointing :( style and sole are great and I wish these would have worked. I hope not all Ecco shoes are like this.

The strap in the back was way too loose. It was my size but I slipped out easily when walking. I have an average foot (not a narrow one). Too bad. I wish they had worked for me.

Nice looking shoes. I am normally a 5. The 4.- 4.5 was too big and wide for me. Sorry to have to return.

The straps on the sandal are too wide and do not touch my foot. Therefore since no narrow sizes exist I need to return the sandal.

I liked the style but the straps didn't touch my feet. The length was ok but the straps were too wide. Since there is no narrow in this style I will return it.
