Great purchase. Bought this shoe for my mother-in-law and she loved them. I went a half size smaller and it was a good decision. She loves the look and says that they are very comfortable! Now my wife wants me but a pair for her.

As someone who is a size 10 shoe and usually always fits a size 10 shoe, I was hesitant to believe other reviewers about sizing down for these. They were totally right -- even the ankle straps were too loose and I have cankles! Definitely order a size down from your normal shoe size. The actual sandals, though? INSANELY comfortable. I've walked plenty of miles in them and my feet never hurt. They're also super cute!

Okay, I did read all the other reviews and thought, "there's no way I could wear a whole size smaller than I normally do!" So, I ordered my regular size. The second pair I ordered were a whole size smaller and they fit perfect! So, please believe it! These sandals are cute, comfortable and casual, just what I was looking for! Tired of flip flops all the time!

Loved these! Very comfortable, stylish. I had a hard time deciding but ended up with Clarks that were cheaper. I had no problem with straps being too loose and I have a fairly narrow foot & heel (but a high instep).

Great shoe. So comfortable. I wore them all day the first time and it was amazing.

Really cute shoe, but the strap over the top of the ankle was just too big and loose. Since it is not adjustable it didn't work for me.

Beautiful sandals but a bit too narrow. Sole was very comfortable. Wish you offered these in wide!

I love the look of these sandals and the foot bed is very soft and cushioned. However, the back strap is too long for the shoe and is not adjustable. If my foot is positioned correctly on the foot bed, the back strap doesn't touch my foot. This causes them not to feel completely secure. Also, as others have mentioned, I find the white color of the sole curious. I feel it detracts from the dressiness of the shoe and will most certainly be difficult to keep clean. I have noticed this seems to be a trend on many styles. I kept these shoes as I really like the look of them with my denim and beige outfits, but due to the looseness of the back strap, I will not be able to wear them when doing a lot of walking. Probably should have sent them back.

These shoes are cute and comfortable, but too wide for my feet which are on the narrow side of 10M.

Beautiful, well-designed sandals that look chic, even though comfy. I am between sizes 6 and 6.5 US, depending on how they are cut and whether they are open-toed or not. With open toes, I can wear a 6. So I read reviews and then answered your online questions to find the correct EU size, which was 37. Well, that didn't work. The footbed is too long for me, so heel straps don't stay put. So now I will have to re-order in a 36, and hope they are not on backorder again!! Wish me luck.

Such a cute sandal with nice cushion. The natural color strap over to top of the foot feels too big. The manufacturer could have made it a little less loose since customers will stretch the strap out over time as they put the sandal on. I own the same pair in black and those are less loose. Otherwise these sandals are great. They go well with summer dresses and I have had a few people ask me where I got them.

I hated to return these but they were WAY too big! I will reorder a smaller size because they felt so good and comfy ;D

I loved these (ordered in red), but I am returning as the ankle strap is too loose. I don't have large ankles, so based on another review, I wasn't surprised that the strap was an issue. I really wish the strap was adjustable or smaller, as these are exactly what I was looking for! I may order a half size smaller, but the actual length of the sandal was pretty spot on.

I love these sandals! They are so comfy and cute. I've only had them for a week and have gotten so many compliments on them. My feet are a little wide for the shoe but it's not noticeable to others and in no way does it hinder the comfortableness of these shoes.

I really like them, however the right strap is a quarter inch bigger than the left. Left fit fine. Will try to order another pair and may also try a smaller size.

I'm typically a 6.5-7 in shoes which is between sizes for this style. The 6-6.5 [37] fit better in terms of the sole of the shoe (originally ordered the 7-7.5 [38] but returned). Unfortunately the beige top strap was too big for my foot and caused my foot to slide around so I'll have to return. Super comfortable sole and stylish though!

I am typically an 8 narrow. Ordered the 7.5 M, hoping it would work for the width. These are cute and comfy shoes but the sizing was off for my narrow feet. Wish they were offered in narrow width!

These are so cute and fit well. Would have kept them but needed these for lots of walking on vacation. My foot didn't feel like it would get the support I needed for that.

I know Ecco runs one size large, so I ordered one size smaller than normal. Even then it was a little too wide for my narrow heel ??. So sad, because I really loved these and wanted them to fit. If not for my painful plantar fasciitis which requires good snug support, I probably would have kept them. Very cute and comfy, just too wide ??

These sandals are cute and comfortable, but I found the back strap too loose for long term wear. The strap over the toes fit perfectly and the footbed was very comfortable with a reasonable amount of support. With regret, I'm sending them back.

The heel strap was just a little too big for me and the shoe slipped off my heel.

Really cute and the sole is nice an cushioned. The foot bed seems true to size but the back strap is a bit longer than the foot bed so it doesn't hold the sandal on as good as I suspect it should. I was hoping that it would cradle my heel a bit better so my foot wouldn't slip around so much.

I absolutely love the style of this sandal, but alas, it's too long and straps too roomy. My size is 8B which is a 39, 8-8 1/2. I am going to try size 38. I would have given it a 5 star if it had fit.
