I love these sandals - I have another pair in a metallic color and have worn them everywhere. I cannot find them in that color anymore so decided to order these. They only had a 7 and I need a 7.5 or 8. I don't think they come in 1/2 sizes. But they are wonderful shoes and I would have kept them had the fit been correct.

I love OluKai sandals; they are well made and last for years. I have previously purchased this style in the dark brown and they quickly became my go to sandals. Decided having the black pair would be a wise idea as well. As always, Zappos free shipping and returns is always a breeze. Leather straps may start off tight across the width of your foot, but will loosen up a bit over time. But won’t loosen too much to make them feel too big. More like a comfy pair of cotton sweatpants that stretch as you sit and relax.

Not a surprise as they're OluKai but these are absolutely wonderful. Well made, comfortable, and able to handle frequent use. I've become a bit of a spokesperson for these shoes and everyone I know is wearing them now. They look great, hold up well, and are perfect for daily casual wear; I've even worn them on some gentle hikes. These are a win. I love the metallic accents too, it really elevates them.

These are gorgeous sandals - I love ones that are strappy and cute, can be dressed up or down, and comfy enough to walk for miles. These seem like they will be great! I usually wear a 7 but sometimes 6.5, these are a 7 and they fit but just barely, I wouldn't want them any smaller. So might be worth bearing in mind if you're between sizes.

These fit true to size and width. I usually wear a 6 1/2 to 7 and the size 7 fit well. Great quality as always with OluKai.

I love these shoes. They are cute and fit perfectly, but the strap between the toes felt a little rough. Maybe it softens with wear, but I was not willing to risk having them always be uncomfortable between the toes. The length and width are a true to size fit and the arch support is great.

OluKai is the only brand of flip flops and casual sandals I can wear! These sandals are great for around the house, better than flip flops for going up & down stairs. I've had problems with my feet, so these are a savior.

I love this sandal!! You can dress it up or down. I struggle with finding cute supportive shoes, these are awesome!! Felt great right away. My foot is not really a narrow, but always seems to be most sandals are wide, these were perfect!!

I normally wear a size 7 1/2. It’s always a dilemma when shoes don’t come in 1/2 sizes. I’ve found with OluKai sizing up to the 8 works best. These shoes are a great low profile, but still supportive option.

I bought a pair of brown leather sandals exactly like this back in 1987 and accidentally left them on the beach in Kauai. I went back for them 15 minutes later and they were gone. They were my favorite. I was happy to see these sandals reappear in the market place. I bought a size 7 medium. They fit snuggly which I am happy about since I have slightly narrow feet. Straps on leather sandals like these always stretch out so those of you worring they are too snug, don't worry. They are very comfortable to wear all day long. I'm contemplating buying another pair.

Comfy shoes and I love the style. The first time trying them on I was unsure if the toe hole would rub my bunion but after a couple of hours the leather straps adjusted to my foot. Buckle once and then slip on and off. The buckle is in an odd place, only complaint I have though.

I love olukai and really wanted this strappy sandal. Unfortunately the straps we a bit tight on my foot. Had to sent them back. Love Zappos! I’ll try another style.

This shoe felt a little narrow, but it did not hurt and from my experience with Olu Kai it will give.. I also have the Olu Kai Eheu and I love the arch support. This is my go to brand.

First of all I love this brand. I’ve worn Olukai for several years. I’ve always worn Ohana flip flops in a size 8. (My usual size in shoes is 8-1/2.) However this strappy sandal was too small. I returned them and reordered in a 9. Perfect! Love these sandals. Dont know why the Ohanas must run larger.

I love the style of these shoes. They are comfortable for the most part. So far I have just tried the, out around the house. There are two places (around toe and on side where bone is) that rubs a little after a while. I love the look so much that I’m keeping them despite the slight discomfort.

Really good fit and comfy. I'm normally an 8.5 in pretty much everything, but an 8 in Chacos, so I went with an 8 in these and they are a perfect fit. I like that they are sleek looking but still have a good rubber sole for grip. My only issue is that my foot does slide around a bit on foot bed, but I generally have this happen in all sandals that aren't suede or leather on the foot bed. I also had to make an extra hole to make the strap perfect, but that's easy enough.

I typically wear a 7.5 but sized down to a 7. This is my second pair of the Upena’s. They are definitely my go to shoe! Very comfortable and cute with jeans, shorts, or casual sun dresses!

I love these sandals! It was hard to decide on color. So I went with my first thought. The dark brown. They are not cheap but nice leather. Just exactly what I wanted. Comfortable

I already owned a couple of pairs of OluKai Upena shoes and these lived up to the expectation. I love the arch support, fit and look of these sandals. They are well built and durable.

I normally wear a size 6.5 to 7 shoe, depending on the type and brand. After reading the reviews I ordered both the 6 and the 7. The 7 ended up being a tad bit too long and the 6 fit my foot perfect. I was also afraid the 7’s would stretch out too much and flop around on my feet. I like the fact that these do have some arch support which I need so I can’t wear really flat sandals. Got the golden sand color which is a taupe but love it because its so neutral and can wear with anything.

I returned these so this is only based on trying them on. I normally wear an 8 and the 8 fit me perfectly. I thought they were comfortable - my foot didn't slide around so the straps were tight enough but not so tight that I felt they'd dig in. My only problem, and the reason I returned them, is I thought the sole felt too thin for what I wanted them for -- which is a lot of walking while traveling. I think they're super cute and comfy but I was worried about them on cobblestones or rocky roads, etc. I've never had OluKai's before so maybe they'd do better than I thought. I have a Mortons neuroma so I have to be a little picky about shoes now, sadly. I think I'll stick with my trusty Birks...

The most amazing and comfortable shoes ever. It doesn't even feel like you have anything on. I wear them constantly in the summer without any rubs or blisters, and walk miles and miles without issue. Love these shoes. The only thing I have to say is that I have a narrow heel, so I had to wear them on the tightest fitting, and after being lazy and slipping them on and off over my heel for two summers, I had to get the straps taken in by a cobbler. But I love these shoes enough that it was totally worth it to get them fixed. Otherwise, they show almost no signs of wear after two years.

I absolutely loved these sandals! Unfortunately one of the straps that was near my big toe was rubbing. I tried wearing them around my house for a few days to see if they may stretch or "break in" but it wasn't happening so I returned them.
