I loved how comfortable the footbeds were, but I had to return them after trying two sizes. My feet are a little wide, and even going a size up I couldn't get these to fit. Such a bummer!

I'm a fan of Naot but unfortunately, not these. I have a narrow foot (10AA) and width on these are definitely narrow. What I found uncomfortable was the back of the sandal....they rub and the ankle strap was not very comfortable. Very stylish but not for me. Someone with a true medium width may find these too tight. Thank you Zappos for such great customer service

I suppose that I was expecting a lot from these shoes hence my low scoring. The footbed is really fantastic; it is soft, with great arch support and the inner lining of the top leather strap is really comfortable. However, the strap around the ankle is not designed strategically which is why I got blisters on both ankles and which is why I am giving the low reviews. I surely hope that this brand will offer more stylish shoes and also offer designs that are more comfortable around the ankle.

Cute shoe but I was disappointed in that I thought the wedge was a bright white- but it is silver. Doesn't go with outfit I had in mind. VERY comfortable and easy to walk in.

These are so adorably cute and I wanted to love them. But they were too narrow. My foot was coming off the side edges and I didn’t feel supported. This would work for someone with narrow feet looking for cute sandals.

I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9 (39 in European shoes) - I ordered a 40 and it fit perfectly in length and around the ankles. Very good looking and generally comfortable shoes - I really wanted them to work but I have a fallen arch on my left foot and the side of the sandal cut into it uncomfortably. Wish this were wider in the arch area.

I have at least 10 pairs of Naot sandals (in the Elegant line) in size 41 and they fit perfectly. These are at least one size too long and wider than I expected also. I'm returning them. Don't like them enough to reorder.

I really wanted to love these shoes as the foot bed felt great as did the toebox, but I found discomfort with the strap so therefore I had to return them.

Very cute but narrow. I normally wear a size 11 and have a wide foot. The length of the shoe was perfect, but it definitely runs narrow. If they had fit they would have been very comfortable. Great foot bed.

Very stylish sandals and would have been perfect for my summer job. On my feet for 8 hours but need to look good. Too bad they run big. I tried a size 6 , (I usually wear size 6.5 - 7) but they were still too large. I don't believe they come in size 5 1/2.

I wanted to love these. There are cute and supportive. The ankle strap didn't fit. It was loose and rubbed the back of my ankle. Other than that, they were extremely comfortable and supportive. Unfortunately I had to send hem back.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I tried them on multiple times of the day with multiple outfits. But, I just couldn't ever love the way they looked (despite loving the way they feel). I am returning them.

I was hoping I could get over the velcro, but when the shoes arrived, the velcro straps were just too tacky. I wish they had a buckle instead; they would be a lot cuter and could potentially last longer. I returned these.

Gorgeous shoe; however, the lower strap is not adjustable so it did not fit.

These are gorgeous sandals and I was very disappointed to return them, but they were definitely narrow on my feet -- and I don't purchase wide-width shoes. The beautiful gold toe strap was very tight on my little toe and did not feel as though it would ever stretch, which is why I decided to return. Definitely a shame because these sandals are perfect for so many outfits!

The size and fit were fine however the shoes were scuffed and there is a blob of "glue" on the leather. They did not appear to be in new condition.

So sad that my heel kept falling out of this beautiful shoe. Loved the look and arch support, but my heel just was not adequately secure. I have boney feet with a narrow heel, wider toes, super high arch and instep, and pronation. Hoping these would be my unicorn dressy sandal but it was not meant to be. I wear a 39 in Naot (am a size 8) and tried both 38 and 39 in this style.

Did no like it

Very cute and seem comfortable, but your heel really slides around. I can imagine it would be really easy to twist your ankle in these. Unfortunately need to return.

Very flimsy, lighweight and cheaply made. I would not recommend this item.

These are cute but don't seem as substantial as one would expect from Naot. Additionally, the heel base on the sole is quite narrow which I did not expect - it meant I knew I would have to pay attention when walking in them - and I don't want to do that.

I was looking for low heeled shoe for wedding. From the description, I thought band across the toes had gold threads. it didn’t. I am 71 and wear a 10 wide. the shoe was too narrow and I had to return. If it had fit, I would not have worn to wedding as cork sole around the toe made it look too casual. It is a very stylish shoe overall.
