I loved these the first time I saw them, and debated for two months before ordering. I took the advice of many on this site, and ordered a 39 (I usually wear an 8), and the length was perfect. They are superbly made, beautiful colors and so versatile. But they are too narrow for my always-medium-width foot. The outside of the ball of my foot hung over the edge. So sadly, I have to return them.

So disappointed! I loved these sandals, but at that price they’d better fit perfectly, and these were just “off.” My heel slid, toe strap fit well, ankle strap too big.

These sandals are darling. The footed is very comfortable and the 41 fit me perfectly. I wear a 10US. The only problem I encountered is I have a bunion and the patent leather strap rubs it uncomfortably when I walked in these. The soles are a little slippery on our slate floors, but I would just rough them up a bit if I were keeping them. Unfortunately, because of where my bunion is, these just won't work for me. Otherwise, I'd keep them and probably buy one other color - so cute!

Nice looking sandal but the ankle strap was stiff and hit my ankle bone so it was not comfortable. Excellent arch support though.

Ok, so I have the Naot Prophecy, (I love, love, love, the Prophecy) so when purchasing these I thought they were the same. ( I'm an idiot ). Now to the nitty gritty, they are nice to look at and the foot bed is comfortable but the two things that are deal breakers for me are non adjustable toes straps. I need a velcro closure for a proper and secure fit. I also like a key hole n the back of the heel, this shoes key hole in the back heel was too small and made the heel feel tight and narrow. It was uncomfortable right out of the box. I'm returning these for those two reasons. Still a beautiful nice shoe but just didn't work for me.

If these shoes were wide, it would be a winner for me. I tried a 11 regular width and it was too narrow for my foot. Had to send back. Definitely love the style and arch support with Velcro.

This style of shoe was just a little too narrow and unstable for my feet and what I expected to wear the shoe for. Love the style though-- super cute design and very pretty on.

I wasn't sold on them when I bought them but I was hoping they would be cuter in person. They were just as pictured. Too plain for me, I might like them in other colors. Nothing wrong with the shoe, it was comfortable and fit great, but just not "funky" enough for me and I want to be in love with them after paying that price! I'm returning.

I love these shoes. They were comfortable from the moment I first put them on. The silver pebble sea green leather color is fabulous & fun! I wear size 9.5 and ordered size 40 & 41. The size 40 worked best for me. I read the reviews because I was concerned about comfort. The reviewers loved the comfort & so do I. Thank you Zappos's for making shoe shopping online so easy. Your customers service reps are also the best! I love shopping from home.

Footbed super comfortable, but the heel was larger than expected. Had trouble tightening the ankle strap to prevent the heel from moving. Leather was high quality - had high hopes for these so hate to return them.

Adorable and comfortable!! Only thing I would say of note is that the colors seemed even more subdued to me in person. The toe strap is shiny, however, overall the shoe lacked the "pop I thought it might have given the color of the sole. Anyway though, typical Naot comfort...in fact, seems a little wider than my other pair which is nice. I'm always a 37 in Naot and this was true for the Pixie.

had to size down one size, ordered 3 pair, they all fit differently, one pair was longer, one wider, one had one shoe almost one size bigger than the other, inconsistent workmanship and sizing as others have reported. I wear 38 in birks, and 37 in this shoe fit my short fat foot, the 38 was sloppy. the ankle strap is long enough to fit larger size ankles, which is very hard to find. Return process was easy, worth it. Finally, a stylish shoe that doesn't hurt. I will keep watching this brand to see if they continue to hit the mark, and improve quality control.

I just received this shoe today. It looks exactly as pictured. I wear size 11 and it was true to size in length. Width wise, this is a narrow shoe. If you have wide feet these will not work for you. My foot is on the narrow side of a medium and I noticed how narrow the shoe is which is not something I usually notice. I also think these are priced too high. However, I am searching for a cute sandal that can go with nice casual dresses without looking too casual and that also looks stylish. For that, it fits the bill. If I find I can walk 10 miles a day in them without any discomfort at all maybe I will change my mind about the painful price these are to me. I am worried that walking all day will cause my feet to potentially swell unattractively in this narrow shoe. For now I give it 4 stars because of the too narrow fit and high price.

These shoes were comfy right out of the box. The adjustable Velcro fasteners are a big plus, as they are easy to adjust. And the ankle-strap look is on trend. They remain comfortable and I am free of blisters or redness after a week's vacation walking. I am dinging these otherwise excellent shoes a star because I feel unsafe walking on slick surfaces. The bottoms are a bit grippy but are hopeless on wet tile.

I took these on a cruise vacation, and they were comfortable enough for all-day sightseeing and cute enough to wear in the dining room at night. They do still have a bit of that orthopedic "comfort shoe" look, but the cute color combos go a long way to making comfort stylish enough. Ultimately, my feet were happy...

Cute sandal! I wish it had a buckle closure instead of velcro. The colors and style are on point but the velcro made it look less stylish.

This was a nice pair of shoes, but I felt wobbly walking in them. Was too scared I would tip over while wearing them.

Although these are a little loose fitting (adjustable at ankle but I have skinny ankles)and seem loose at the toe band, I have decided to keep them.

The size 5 is big. Not sure if all run big, but also the back is not made for smaller size. I think they just put the same size backing for all size shoes. It doesn't seem to correlate.

The first time a shoe has fit my foot perfectly. Love the pebble silver color. So incredibly comfortable. Wow!

The colors are really pretty on these shoes. They are comfortable and true to size. I think my only negative is that I wish they had a loop and velcro for the ankle strap. These only have velcro which makes the strap not quite as attractive around the ankle.

This shoe I very comfortable - feels more like a flat than a heel - but is stylish like a heel. It is nice because the straps are thinner than comparable styles (such as the Ugg char mar, whose thick straps thicken the ankle). However, it runs big - the 37 is not a 6 as listed in the size drop-down but a 7, so I had to send it back. The velcro is great. Another thing is the strap falls at a very flattering place on the ankle - instead of making legs look shorter it is at the narrowest part and just looks sleek. The velcro is long for small ankles but it still tightens and the excess could easily be cut off.

It is a stylish shoe but to casual for what I am looking for.

I had a difficult time deciding if I wanted the velcro closure at the ankle. Cute shoe otherwise!
