Since 2008, I purchased two pair of the original Yukons every year. They were the greatest for boating. I just purchased 3 pair of the "new" Yukons. The new Yukons are significantly narrower despite the "roomy" classification. Crocs has broken my heart. Sadly, they have lost me as a customer. George

I ordered a pair at Christmas they were too small and I missed the 45 day return! This pair was his size that we had ordered before and the description also said they were a more generous fit.They are too SMALL again. I am returning them and I am afraid I am finished ordering on line from CROCS. The first order I sent two emails and they were not even acknowledged, that is why i missed the 45 day deadline, waiting on a response.

Other online shoe stores don't charge customers to exchange items. I'm not shopping here again.

Don't buy this one. Looks fake or cheap.

the ankle straps are not tight enough. also , shipping took 8 days.

Terrible fitting. Arch support is on the heel area. Would like to return.

Too small .Design and toe box has changed since I bought the last pair.Am returning and will consider the next size larger.

They are comfortable but I've been very disappointed that the Velco keeps opening up at the heels, with only minor pressure.

The back strap did not fit, andI have been unable to use the shoes.I am not sure I will buy Crocs again.

I would rate the Yukon Sport as excellent if it weren't for the strap ends breaking off and soles ungluing at the toe for no apparent reason other that poor quality.

they look nice and are the correct length but are too loose and fall off all the time. No width sizes are available for this style

I've been a Crocs fan for years, but my experience with these Yukon sport Crocs has been mixed. I nearly wore the tread off my first pair and they gave me great service and have now been put out to pasture as "yard Crocs". However, my last two pairs have had the sole inserts start to separate WAY before the rest of the shoe was ready to be retired. My last pair is just over a month old and already one of the inserts is starting to separate. I think they changed the glue to something that lets go after exposure to water. This is a big problem that needs to be addressed. I'd add a picture, but I've already re-glued it myself.

The shoes are great I have gone through three pairs,but this pair has yet to show up. Customer service was supposed to resend me my order number and tracking number so I could follow up with Fedex. They show them as delivered. Love all their shoes sadly I'm a little put off by customer service.

First pair of crocs and I'm not sure that I would buy another pair with the experience I have had with these. We actually bought 2 pairs and they both are terrible. Espresso and Khaki colors

I needed a half size and was advised to order down to the next whole size.....too small and I am stuck with return cost. Not recommendable! I love Crocs but these seem to be made in a different country and do not feel like the once I buy at the original sales locations.

I have been wearing Crocs for years - over a dozen pair. This pair I wore twice before a side button blew off while I was at a restaurant. Did not realize it until I was tripping over the strap. Could not find button to repair. All that money down the drain, plus the embarrassment in a restaurant. Crocs should send me a replacement pair. This is not the first button to pop. At least in the past I had a few months wear.
