Must return - they are just to big.

I want a woman's slide or sandal with a recessed foot bed!!!

I ordered size 13 croc shoe , they are NOT a size 13 I CAN NOT wear them they are to small. I want a refund , I should not have to pay for return postage, for a shoe that is poorley made from Vietnam. You sold me a inferior product. Daniel Ekman

I'm returning these crocs. They are much too wide and at the same time are too short and bunch up my toes. I'm not happy with these crocs at all.

To big never get any more on line

Makes my feet sweat, no holes on top for ventilation, and they hurt my feet! Strange, I've owned the tan ones, but these seem different!!

I had to return due to the arch being way to small. Please have a strap on the arch

Broke after 3 days, strap ripped through the rubber

I purchased these for my husband for Christmas. He was delighted with the style and comfort initially. We were horribly disappointed when the back strap snapped apart within a week of very light (indoor) use. The back strap broke along the stitched seam. I don't think that this would have happened if there had not been stitching through the back strap. My children wear Crocs and are very tough on them and we have never had a strap break in this manner.

I previously bought a pair of these slides in a different color and they fit perfectly. These are the same size but are way too loose on the top. I'll be returning them, unfortunately.

No Stars for this purchase. The size difference from the old pair to the new pair was unbelievable. No Stars.

I HAVE BOUGHT MANY PAIRS OF YUKON SPORT, AND NOW AM DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THEM. I AM DISABLED WITH A BAD BACK THAT CAUSES NERVE PAIN IN MY FEET UNABLE TO WEAR NORMAL SHOES. HAVE BEEN DEPENDING ON CROCS TO HAVE SHOES THAT I CAN WEAR. YOU HAVE DISCONTINUED YOUR RX LINE & CHANGED YUKON SPORT. PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN DESIGNING AND DISCONTINUING PRODUCTS TO REMEMBER THE DISABLED. A CROC OUTLET OWNER SAYS THE OLD VERSION OF YUKON SPORT WAS HIS BEST SELLER AND HATED TO SEE YOU CHANGE THEM. the heal of this slide feels like I'm walking on concreat not happy at all this is coming from a very active crocs buyer my advice is don't make a mistake and start skimping

one shoe was smaller than the other and they were very small and not roomy at all. I gave them to Goodwill was not worth the trouble of sending them back. Will never buy another pair. Will look for a different company to buy shoes from.

I have an older version which I thought I was purchasing. They looks the same but have significant differences which I did not notice from the images. The ones I have from 5+ years ago are not sealed in the center and have openings along the top where the three slots are. This is not an improvement. I will be sending mine back. I love your products so I hope that you will revert to the old design.

Years ago I got my first Crocs, the original brown ones with leather uppers (Yukon I think), and I was blown away by the comfort. It was a revelation. I wore them constantly. They have started wearing out. So I got these which are very close in appearance. Unfortunately they are no where near as comfortable, the rubber feels harder and they rub in several places. They also have a distracting squeak with every step. The first Crocs I got were comfortable from the second I put my foot in them. I've had these a few months and they are still not all that comfortable. They are okay, but the reason we wear shoes as ugly as these is that they are supposed to be supremely comfortable. These are not. And for a block of rubber they are not cheap either. For this reason I'm giving this shoe a 1 star rating. I think the folks at Crocs have forgotten why we love these ugly shoes.

I bought the shoes for my husband a while ago. He's always love them. Last weekend we went out on the boat just the two of us. He wore the shoes. At the end of our day after about 5 hours in the sun he tried to put his shoes on and they didn't fit. They had literally shrunk about two sizes. I would've been positive that he grab somebody else's shoes had he not been the only one with me on the boat. And when they shrunk the shoes didn't even shrink the same size one is smaller than the other. We bought these for summer wear and if you can't wear them in the sun they're pretty much useless. On a side note... They never got wet or anything so they just shrunk from the sun. Extremely disappointed. He loved the shoes but I will not buy him a second pair due to this happening.

Extremely comfortable, tread lasts less than one month

I order two pair of shoes (different shoes). One fit perfectly, these sandals were way too big. Sent them back. Ordered a size smaller. You need to get consistent in your sizing. Don't have the new ones yet.
