Great spinning shoe. These are the exact shoes that the SoulCycle chain uses for their rentals. They're compatible with "Look Delta" clips and SPDs. Like all spinning shoes, they do fit a little tightly, so you may want to plan a size larger than normal.

I wear a size 7 in normal shoes and a 39 fits perfectly. However, this morning at my spinning class the cleat (purchased separately) came loose during my ride and there are now "scratches" around where the cleat came loose on the bottom sole of the upper part of the shoe. It's upsetting because this was my first time wearing them. Does anyone know if that's a big issue to the shoe? Aesthetically, I'm not pleased, but if it's not actually causing any harm to the structure of the shoe, is this still ok? Meaning, they still have the potential to last me for several years? Any help is appreciated!

I purchased these shoes cause I attend spin class 4 times a week and the pedals were destroying my sneakers. These shoes run small. I usually wear size 40 in EU sizes(8.5/9 US) and I went with the 42 based on reviews and they fit perfect. These shoes can fit SPD and SPD-SL cleats but you have to purcahsethem seperately. The shoes are comfortable and they have vents at the bottom allowing your feet to breathe. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for a nice pair of shoes for spin class.

After spinning for a year I figured I might actually like it. LOL Soni decided to invest in my own shoes. I can't speak for road cycling in them (although I do that too in the warmer months) but these are perfect for spin classes. Easy on and off with the Velcro straps and the Velcro allows you to cinch them in three places for a custom fit. I'm a newbie to bike shoes so I did not know these do not come with the metal cleats that allow you to "clip in" to your bike. Check with your club or your bike to see which kind they use so you order the correct metal cleats.

I needed a pair of cycling shoes to use with our exercise bike at home and chose these based on other reviews. They have been great! It makes the riding smoother and easier and the shoes are comfortable. I wear a size 8.5 shoe and the 41 size fits perfectly. Installing the cleats was not hard, but I would suggest you tighten them down A LOT. They were loose after the first time I rode because I hadn't tightened them enough.

These are fantastic for indoor cycling classes! I highly recommend them. They fit true to size, I wear a 7.5/8 and purchased a size 40.

Very comfortable spin shoe. SPD cleat compatible for spinning classes (need to buy separately, but inexpensive and easy to install!) These shoes have been easy to work out in since day 1. Strong Velcro that doesn’t budge !

I am an 8.5 and ordered a 41 - fits great. This is a good price for a spin shoe.

Great shoe! I normally wear a size 8 in Nike running shoes and got the size 40 in these shoes; they fit fine. I use the shoes for cycling classes at Equinox. I bought the corresponding SPD cleats and installed them myself by watching a video online; it was pretty simple. Would recommend!

I used to attend SoulCycle on occasion and fell in love with these spin shoes. I now attend spin at my regular gym and wanted to invest in some clip-in shoes for a better ride. They're super comfortable, and I love that they're compatible with SPD + Delta Look clips so I can change clips if needed depending on the studio I go to. They're definitely a little on the small side. I usually wear a 9 in normal shoes and ordered a 42 that fit well. Highly recommend!

I'm really happy with my cycling shoes. I use them for SoulCycle (indoor cycling). I bought the Shimano SPD clips to use with these; which I LOVE (much easier to unclip from the pedals). The shoes do run small, so you may need to go up a size. I ended up going up 2 shoe sizes from what I normally wear (from 40-42). Also, they probably won't work well for wide feet. They aren't very attractive, but what cycling shoes are, right?

I'm using this shoe exclusively for spin class, it's working well, easy to get on and no hot spots. I usually wear a size 9, sometimes an 8 1/2, and the 41 fits fine. Be aware that road shoes are very difficult to walk in with the cleat sticking out of a flat sole, so you might want to go with a mountain bike style shoe if you have any amount of walking to another class, locker room, etc.

These are the first bike shoes I have ever purchased. I found that they are comfortable and I have minimal numb toes. The only thing that is hard for me with them is that the metal thing that you stick on it to go into pedals sticks out so it is hard to get off my bike around my hard wood floors! Not sure if this is normal though. They fit well and work well on the bike!

Runs small. I have another pair of shimanos in same size that fit perfect but I needed the next size up on this style.

These spin shoes are high quality and very comfortable. I've used them several times in spin class. I bought the cleats separate. They are easy to attach. I'm a 9-9.5 in shoes... I got the 42(9.5) and they are great. There's some room so my feet can swell naturally as most feet do during excercise. You won't be disappointed with these.

Got these for my road bike and Shimano SPD pedals, the combo works great, easy to clip in. Very stiff bottom (which is good) with two vents, comfortable tongue. I normally wear a 7 in athletic shoes and ordered a 7.2 (size 39) and the fit was just right. If it runs small, it only runs a little small, in my opinion.

I am basically obsessed and in love with these shoes! They are a great value and are super comfortable. I use them almost daily for my indoor spin classes with SPD cleats. I have found that most indoor cycling studios that provide shoes use this shoe. They fit true to size and I love the blue/black combination.

I am loving these cycling shoes. Got them for indoor spinning class. I have narrower feet, so the 3 velcro straps allow me to cinch the shoe around my foot all the way down for a snug fit, but there's plenty of room in the toe box for me to wiggle my toes while I'm riding. I wear a size 9 (Euro size 40) in regular street shoes, but in these I'm wearing a 42. For me, the 40 was way too small in these shoes, so perhaps you should size up. Happy trails.

Great shoes! Good fit though a tad too tight, I just use thin socks. Waited too long to buy spinning shoes and so glad I finally did. My overall performance improved a whole lot!

Great Spin Shoe. Cleats are in the box. I'm normally a 7.5-8 but I bought the 8.5 and I'm happy I did because they are a little tight in the front.
