Bonjour, je crains que la chaussure ne fende force de plier chaque pas (au niveau des orteils). Je verrai l'usage! Merci.

Bought these to use for cycling to avoid laces and am pleased with the simplicity of the design so far. The strap system took some getting used to at first but once done up they haven't lost much tension or loosened during my rides. Only con is the fit around the top of my foot being a bit loose as I have to wear mens shoes with no women's options available in my size. So the anatomical difference throws things off a bit but I deal with it all the time. Other than that they fit pretty well despite my wide feet and can be adjusted for a tighter or looser fit as needed.

Bought my first pair 4 years ago and haven't found a pair I preferred over these since. No longer offered black in women's= bought the men's.
PROs: The one pair to bring travelling! Serves as approach shoes for climbing (scrambling, cragging + multipitch), easy hiking and still looks sleek enough to take on day/night out exploring town.
It's lightweight, super breathable, comfortable, versatile all around shoe with thoughtful features. Delighted with the ease and swiftness taking on and off. The collapsible heal makes it a great belay slipper or around camp. Loops provide ease to rack on/ multipitch with hike off descents. Sticky rubber with front edges ideal for scrambling + easy climbing.
CONs:
The rubber delaminates near the top. This happened with my first pair later on it's lifetime but my second pair delaminated the second day I took it out. Preferred the detachable strap over the new fixed version.
Overall great shoes- pros outweigh the cons.

I love this shoe. The lacing system is a great feature and they're snug and secure. They're very comfy for a whole array of activists! The only thing that keeps me from the giving them the 5th star is that, as someone with slightly high arches, they're so tricky to actually put on! It's a bit of a struggle haha!

These shoes are great for easy approaches and wearing at the crag, and everyday casual wear. The collapsible heel feature is great, better than flip flops between climbs. I wouldn't use them for longer or scrambly approaches, they don't feel supportive enough, but that's not what they are designed for. For longer walks or all day wear, I use my orthotics in them because they don't have much arch support. I don't find the webbing closure that much easier than laces, they're a bit fiddly to loosen and tighten.
The fit is quite large, I normally wear 9.5 but it was way too big, sized down to a 9 and they are still roomy.Overall, I'm happy with the feel and look of these shoes.

I really love these shoes. Great for all types of weather. Very comfortable for all day use. The only thing is they are not slip resistant on wet rocks.

i love the style of these, especially the alternative lacing. am deeply disappointed that they are not wide enough for my slightly bunioned feet -- i don't always need a Wide width (not in Keen or Skechers), but i would have in these, and Arc'teryx doesn't make one. i'll have to send them back. my idea was to try these as a travel/hiking shoe, since they look rather less "i am a klunky hiking boot, but lower!" than most of the trail hikers. when i first put them on in my living room, i got the impression that their grippy tread would be too squeaky for indoor wear -- they've now calmed down a bit, but i might still say they're squeakier than i'd go for. another size note: my usual size is 7.5 US, which is usually a 38 -- but the box for these says they are a 7.5 that is also a 39 1/3, and i'd say they fit more like a 39+ than like a 7.5. if they weren't already too narrow, i'd be ordering the next size down.

In general the shoes are a very good approach shoes. They're very lightweight and they're easy to slip on and off. Unfortunately they are a little hard on the bottom of your foot and do not provide much support for your arch. I recently wore my new pair to red river gorge for a climbing trip, the grip of the soles on the sandstone was wonderful. I'm excited to try these in my home state of Colorado on all different rock types. If you're not a rock climber these are a little goofy to wear around town as they're clearly rock climbing approach shoes and should be used for just that.
One other complaint I have is that similar to most of women's outdoor gear the color pallets are not very mature looking. With that being said I did get a handful of compliments on these shoes from fellow climbers at the crag, I ended up with the gray and neon pink shoes. I did get the black ones but returned them as they were too serious looking for a climber.

I love the look of these shoes as they need to multifunction both on the trail and as an all-day walk around town shoe. If you have a high instep it is almost impossible to get them on and off. I have to use a shoehorn, which I won't have on the trail. it is even harder to pull the lace mechanism to tighten. A beautiful concept that needs some DESIGN REFINEMENT. Use size chart provided. I bought size 7.5 W as indicated in chart, though I usually wear a 8.5W.

overall pretty happy, but they do fit a bit narrow across the forefoot, and there's not much of a collar, so heel isn;t anchored. also, the elastic loops that hold the straps are a bit flimsy, would prefer a different clasp. nice and light though. will be great on bikepacking trips

I bought a pair of these approach shoes at the start of last season to use for guiding and top accesses crags.
The pros; they're super light weight, stick well to the rock, and are easy/fast to put on/take off.
Cons; not as durable as I was expecting, the straps show significant wear and the toe rubber is delaminating a bit.
Overall, good approach shoe but I'll probably look go for something a little more build for lots of days at the crag next time.

I got this shoe half a size larger because I had read they ran small. It's very narrow from the middle of the shoe all the way to the toe. The strap is an interesting idea but doesn't work very well. I'm constantly having to tighten the straps as they keep loosening. Having normal lases, Solomon or Scarpa style system would have improved this shoe greatly.
The picture shows how narrow they are even when compared to a shoe half a size smaller

I bought this shoe 2-3 years ago and it rocked. Solid performance, and I got a lot of complements on how cool they looked. I just bought a second pair and experience a weird thing with the sole that I've experienced with a couple other models of Arc'teryx shoes (that I bought and returned). When walking, and the heel of my backfoot lifts, there's a snapping/popping/clicking noise that comes from the front of the shoe where the sole bends. Again, I've experienced this twice now on other models and returned them. Design flaw? Construction defect that I've unluckily experience a few times? The first pair was a dream, so I'd prefer not to give up on these.

I love the strap alternative to laces but these shoes felt heavy and looked like hiking shoes from the past.

Cute shoe but I couldn't even get my foot into it, as the opening isn't adjustable and no tongue to allow it to open further. I really wanted them, too. :-/

I was so excited to receive these shoes from all the reviews they seemed like just what I was looking for! They fit in length perfect (size 10) but they are still narrow for my wide feet. I wanted something I could go without socks if I wanted and I walked maybe 500 ft and couldn't take another step for the horrible blisters I got. I can't even wear them right now until my feet heal. I am still looking forward to cautiously trying them once healed, however they rubbed across my toes where they bend and about ankle height on the backs of my Achilles area
LOVE the colour and the idea of the shoes
