Super comfortable and I get lots of compliments on the colors! This is my second pair of Salomon x-mission 3 and they hold up very well. I really like the pull-ties...they stay put and I can find the exact amount of tightness.

Good shoes, good price and prompt delivery. This is the third pair that I have ordered in the past several years. The first had to be returned for a different size - no charge, no hassle.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I'm looking for a flexible shoe for light summer hiking. This shoe has nice flexibility and arch support. Unfortunately, the toe box is shaped weird so that it rubs the tip of my big toe with every step, even though the shoe is long enough. I suppose this might fit well for someone who has narrow toes.

This appears to be a well constructed shoe, but I will be returning it due to fit. Not only does it run narrow, it seems to be a half size small in the toe box area, as well.

I reviewed the size chart and it recommend an 8 but it is like half size too big. And arch isn't in proper place and they seen a little stiff compared to the saucony's I am used to. All to say I won't be returning them, they are still capable and I should say cute.

There is an area just where the toes meet the feet at the base of the tongue on the shoe, that for whatever reason cuts pretty deep and therefor is uncomfortable across the foot. My other Solomons do not do this. They are great looking but I couldn't get past that.

I like Salomons. There hold up to my 3-5 daily pavement walks in NYC. However this shoes slipped a bit in the heel and lacked the level of arch support thatI needed. Need a show with better support and fit.

Love the colors and design but these are just too stiff for me. Laces are super though.

I normally love Salomon, but the edge of the shoe hit right under the ankle bone which made it uncomfortable. It's stiff enough that I don't feel like it would break in enough for me to get used to it.

I have worn these shoes for a week. This time I got a 1/2 size larger than usual because my last pair of Solomons rub my left little toe a bit. I chose the X-Mission 3 as I need a high toe box and these are comfortable. The 7 and 1/2 toe box was also high enough but too short. The tread is nice and grippy and I use them for daily walking.

I ordered a size 8 and they fit great (I'm normally an 8.5). Super comfortable right out of the box, wore them hiking and rock scrambling in Colorado with no issues. Excellent traction, the soles actually felt bouncy and super supportive. Highly recommend.

These shoes are HUGE. I normally take a 7 in running shoes, so I ordered my regular size in these. I'm swimming in them. I ordered both a 6 and 6.5 to see if those fit me better. Otherwise, standard Salomon design here: nice colors with a sole that looks like it will hold up as well as my previous pairs. Fingers crossed the new sizes will work.

I love these shoes. I ordered a half size down and the fit is perfect. These will be great on the trails. Stable with good grip.

Would give this shoe five stars except Salamon has lowered the quality. I have had a few pairs and while I still love the color, style, fit and price was good too (on sale) they don't feel as sturdy as other pairs and I am sure they will not wear as good. Too bad. It has been a reliable favorite of mine for a long time and I'll still purchase them again but am a bit disappointed.

I have discovered that I have a drop foot ( over pronation) I have been back and forth trying to find the correct sneaker. sending back several and with very good support team helping me out at Zappo's. Finally I think I have found the correct shoe. The width seems pretty true to size. I ordered a 8.5 rather then my usual 8 with the advice of the orthodics doctor. The toe box seems comfortable and so far it seems to be working fine.

I liked these shoes a lot from a style perspective. But for some reason, the left shoe felt like I had a baseball under my heel. I think my left arch must be slightly different than the right one because the right shoe felt perfect. Sending them back and trying the Sense Ride instead.

I've yet to take these for a long hike but my first impression is that they fit true to size and are low profile with enough tread for the type of hikes I usually do. These should strike the right balance between my Nike Frees and my hiking boots. A lot of times I don't need proper hiking boots but the Nikes just didn't have enough tread for dry or rocky downhills. The reason I am writing this review at all is because I have high arches and more and more shoes don't have tongues, which can be somewhat problematic. My foot slid into these ok (only a tiny bit tight). I really like the pull laces, they work kind of like the inserts in my snowboarding boots. I also like that you can loosen them up and the shoe will stay on but still allow my arches to not be under a lot of pressure on the ride/drive home.

I’ve trail run in these shoes only twice so far but I’ve been impressed. The only thing i wish was different was the lacing system. I can’t quite get them tight enough to be comfortable

Fits nice and snug through the sole with lots of room for your toes.
